At this stage, it's hard to assign any positives to the platform but perhaps that's because it had so much promise a year ago when I made the investment in it. The easy NLP integration would be the biggest positive but that's offset by a lackluster interface.

Pros - Several bots channels - Several bots templates - Visual and easy setup - SMS bot - easy to install in your site - you can send mass broadcasts - They are improving integrations Make a bot is kind easy to make complex bot, and im not a programmer They also offert really nice templates and examples but is more easy to get started and learn.
