At this stage, it's hard to assign any positives to the platform but perhaps that's because it had so much promise a year ago when I made the investment in it. The easy NLP integration would be the biggest positive but that's offset by a lackluster interface.

This saves time and is easier to set up. Pros: - Several bot channels - Several bot templates - Visual and easy setup - SMS bot - Easy to install on your site - You can send mass broadcasts - They are improving integrations. Making a bot is kind of easy to make complex bots, and I'm not a programmer. They also offer really nice templates and examples, making it easier to get started and learn.
