I love the simplicity of the meeting notes feature.

I use Actionit for meetings, especially when discussing something proprietary, and I don't have to worry about my data or data leaks. I love the synthesis it provides, which emails me a sophisticated and detailed overview of the meeting. It's probably better than Gemini note-taking or even Otter or Fireflies. Initial setup for my team was 'easy peasy lemon squeezy', which was great.

The way it summarizes and its ability to hit the key points correctly has been going good for me. I appreciate that it only keeps sensitive information with me, and Actionit themselves don't retain it, which is pretty neat for me. I also like how the layout felt more professional after recent updates and the insights are more advanced now. The integrations with my tools, like Notion and Google Meet, make the whole environment easier for meetings and overviews. The initial setup was pretty easy; I just bought it, watched the onboarding video, integrated all my tools, and boom, I was in.
