Visitor Management System

The system gives staff the ability staff to book their own visitors in easily online. Visitors then receive a QR code to confirm they have been invited in to the building. Our security team are then aware of the visit and can show the guest quickly up to our main reception area. Once the guest has been confirmed by using the QR code an email is sent to the host so they are aware that their guest has arrived and can meet them.

Having a system that allows us to plan and manage a visitor's end-to-end journey with our company, including scheduling, pre-visit questionnaire, QR codes, self-check in, badge printing etc., The ability for a host to be notified through Microsoft Teams is a big plus for us and removes these registration & notification tasks from our receptionists.

An extemely versatile visitor management product with exceptional integrations.

The most appealing aspect of TDS Visitor Management is the lack of requirement for general staff to interact with it. Once it is embedded within the organization, it intuitively manages visitor identification, invitations, check-ins on arrival and host notifications on visitor arrivals. Its administrative power around visitor analytics is impressive and very useful, allowing for effective labor forecasting for visitor reception and historical reporting for visitor types and volume.
