I think customer support has been absolutely fantastic. They're based in Denmark, but we've never had a challenge reaching them or getting a response within a business day. I like the ease of setting things up as projects and uploading things in bulk, which makes for ease of use. The platform's reliability is impressive as it connects well to Looker Studio and we've never been left guessing on what to do. The ability to upload batches of keywords using tags and taxonomy logic in a spreadsheet is incredibly time-saving compared to navigating through the system UI. Setup was tremendously easy with the sales rep taking care of everything.

AccuRanker uses technology that has made my life so much easier. It has all the infomation needed to complete my task in a more efficient and helpful manner. The platform is easy to understand and use. I use this at least once a day! It is very organized and analytical in all the right ways! The customer service option is always listed and easy to locate. Conversion to this wqs super quick and seamless. I use this for all my metrics and chains.

I find the cost of AccuRanker great for a rank tracker. It's easy to use, which makes onboarding new team members straightforward. I also appreciate the flexibility in getting new customers up and running. The share of voice graph is another feature I really like.
