The utilization reporting for VMware Education employees is very precise and easy to navigate. We were previously keeping track via excel. With AccountSight, it is very easy to keep track of all employees and the efforts they put forth towards the company.

The ease of having primarily remote employees be able to track and submit their weekly hours and expenses without having a lot of paper or emails cluttering everything up.

As a portfolio and time management system, AccountSight tool has been working for us marvelously. The tool is very simple to use and most of the people start to use it without any training. The management worked with us to improve the tool to suit VMWare's needs. There have been numerous enhancements that we asked and were delivered in reasonable time frame. Overtime we have also benefited from the enhancements made to the tool. This is great tool for project and resource planning as well as time tracking in terms of actual time spent on different projects and other activities in the portfolio. I would recommend this tool to any body who needs a simple and yet effective project and resource planning tool.
