I like that Accounting Seed can be integrated with Salesforce, which helps in managing sales effectively. I appreciate how it allows for routine processes like splitting revenue lines across internal cost centers and auto-generating complex recurring bills without much manual intervention. The regular data visibility in Accounting Seed helps my project managers stay informed about project margins, client balances, and vendor expenses, which are placed directly on relevant records. The switch from QuickBooks to Accounting Seed was driven by the ease of use in tasks like accounts payable invoices and journal entries. The initial setup was exceptional, particularly the automation features like automated invoicing that keeps our collections clean and visible.

Highly Customizable Accounting on Salesforce That Connects Sales, Service, and Finance

Accounting Seed is a platform, so it’s highly customizable. We can tailor objects in whatever way we need, and we’ve built custom processes to support our day-to-day transactional activity. Because the platform is transaction-based, we often see clients lean more on journal entries than on transactional bookkeeping, which Accounting Seed allows us to do. Most importantly, since it’s native to Salesforce, the platform connects directly to the sales and service side of the business.

Accounting inside Salesforce, no more double entry

What I like most is not needing two separate systems anymore, everything's just in Salesforce already. Reporting used to be a pain, now I can just pull numbers straight out without copying stuff between tools. Sales and finance actually see the same data now too, which fixed a bunch of confusion we used to deal with. It just feels built in, not like some extra app we added later.
