It’s intuitive to use and quick to customize. Support is great, and the compliance features are excellent. We have integrations with our payroll and HRIS systems and have many future plans using their features on their roadmap with AI features.

I like that AbsenceSoft streamlines our process, allowing our client contacts to enter leave requests themselves. They're able to access the portal to submit and track leaves. I really appreciate the templated communication which is easily editable, and the customizable workflows, even though they're a bit confusing at first due to their complexity. The staff at AbsenceSoft, especially the implementations group, were amazing—very helpful, available for meetings and emails, always with great suggestions. Our project manager kept us on track, and our account manager is always eager to help with our questions. I value the reporting features the most; the built-in insights reports are really nice and allow reporting on almost anything within a leave case.
