I like that AbsenceSoft is easy to use and is a robust system. I particularly like the to-do list feature as it helps our leave team stay organized and ensures all tasks are completed within the legal time frame, simplifying the leave process for us. The implementation and onboarding team was awesome and made it easy for us to extract historical data and build our clients in the system.

I find AbsenceSoft incredibly useful for LOA Administration because it allows us to find everything in one place, from notes to documents. I like being able to edit letters when needed while still using them for everything else. Having worked with AbsenceSoft before, the initial setup was relatively easy.

I like that AbsenceSoft saves time and ensures compliance with all states program requirements. It provides an ensure uniformity process, which I find really beneficial. Plus, we can personalize a lot for processes and communications with employees, managers, and HR, which is a great feature.
