Another major benefit of using Abound is their internal dashboard, which makes operations much easier for our team. It allows us to manage and resolve issues efficiently, saving us from having to develop similar tools ourselves. Additionally, their 1099 filing feature, which is often a headache for users, had high user satisfaction this year. Abound's consultative approach has also been a huge advantage for us. Platform was very intiuitive to use and made our uploads/filings process very easy. The team was amazing - super responsive and answered all our questions with such a quick turnaround.
