The user interface and colorful designs was the best part about 7shifts. It was super easy to add new employees, remove old ones, and connect the employees to set up their accounts and access their schedule. It was also easy to implement and we used 7shifts for 11 restaurant locations. Their support was great as well and I did not have any issues trying to get things fixed. Printing out schedules was also easy and looked aesthetic.

Chat, EOD report, communication between the team, and being able to know who saw the announcements

The ease of use is great. I like that you have the option to copy last weeks schedule or use a template. Easy for the employees to use and switch shifts.
