We’ve been using 5mins.ai, and I can honestly say it’s transformed how we approach training and knowledge sharing. It’s user-friendly, with an impressive catalogue of ready-to-use content. The marketplace incentivisation for microlearning is brilliant, keeping the team engaged while building their skills. What really sets it apart is the customisation. We can easily add our own Loom recordings and videos, turning internal process documentation into structured training modules. This makes it more than just a learning platform -it’s become our central hub for onboarding, upskilling, and process clarity. I use the desktop/browser version at work and the mobile app at home, and both work seamlessly. The flexibility and accessibility mean there’s no excuse not to keep learning.
