360AI helps us find the right candidates faster

The biggest thing for us is that 360AI helps us find candidates rather than just process candidates. We’ve used Shortlister for screening, but the AI Headhunter gives us a much earlier advantage in the recruitment process. We can take a brief and quickly identify relevant active and passive candidates, including people we probably wouldn’t have found through our usual searches. We also like the fact that it gives us more than a list of names. The additional candidate intelligence and contact information mean we can go from identifying someone to actually engaging them much faster.

AI head hunter application in specific talent search

The skill sets we look for are very specific and hard to surface through normal keyword searches as our projects are complex, and we need people with rare, niche combinations of experience. Up to now, finding these people meant relying almost entirely on personal contacts and existing networks. AI Headhunter has changed that meaning we're now regularly surfacing candidates with the right background that we'd never have found otherwise, and doing it faster than our old network-only approach.

AI Headhunter Uncovers Hard-to-Find Passive Candidates with Accurate Contact Info

Sourcing in our sector is genuinely difficult. Embryologists, fertility specialists, and reproductive geneticists come from a small, highly specialised talent pool, and most general sourcing tools tend to surface people we have already come across. AI Headhunter has consistently identified passive candidates we wouldn’t have found through our usual channels, and we’ve also found the contact information to be generally accurate.
