I am utterly disappointed with the services provided by this company. I had high hopes when I decided to purchase a domain from them, but my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Not only did they take my hard-earned money without any hesitation, but they also failed to deliver the promised domain. It's been an excruciatingly frustrating week of waiting and chasing them for an update, only to be met with silence and empty promises. I find it incredibly unprofessional and unethical that they have not only taken my money without providing the service I paid for but have also chosen to completely ignore my attempts to reach out to them for clarification and resolution. It's evident that customer satisfaction and integrity are not on their list of priorities. I urge anyone considering doing business with this company to proceed with extreme caution. Save yourself the headache and avoid being scammed out of your money like I was. Their lack of communication, failure to deliver, and refusal to refund demonstrate a complete lack of respect for their customers and a blatant disregard for their responsibilities. This has been a frustrating and disheartening experience that I wouldn't wish upon anyone.
