# Best RPA software for increasing efficiency

<p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">I’ve been looking at <a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/categories/robotic-process-automation-rpa"><strong>RPA software</strong></a> to cut down repetitive work and make everyday processes run a lot faster, but I’m still trying to figure out which platforms actually improve efficiency once you start using them at scale.</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">A few I’ve been comparing:</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"><a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/uipath-agentic-automation/reviews"><strong>UiPath</strong></a>:  seems to be one of the biggest names for automating repetitive business processes across teams.</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"><a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/automation-anywhere-agentic-process-automation/reviews"><strong>Automation Anywhere</strong></a>: looks strong for companies that want enterprise-grade automation with a wide range of use cases.</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"><a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/ss-c-blue-prism-intelligent-automation-platform/reviews"><strong>Blue Prism</strong></a>: seems like a serious option for organizations focused on structured, large-scale RPA deployments.</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true"><a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/products/microsoft-power-automate/reviews"><strong>Power Automate</strong></a>: looks appealing if you want RPA tied into the Microsoft ecosystem and other workflow tools.</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">I’m mostly curious which one actually delivers the biggest efficiency gains in real-world use, not just in product demos.</p><p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">For teams that have worked with these tools, which RPA platform made the biggest difference in productivity and process speed?</p>
