What do you like best about Zoom Workplace?

Zoom is reliable in all use situations. App on broadband at the home office. Check. App on mobile devices on mobile broadband. Check. App on Wi-Fi at a coffee shop. Check. The reliability, ease of use, Google Calendar plug in all are both easy to use and super efficient. Now with Granola, not only do I get the Zoom AI notes, but but I'm able to get my notes taken by Granola too, and then do more with them, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoom Workplace?

The update process could be handled better. Nothing is worse than being ready to join a call, and the "auto update" happens. Of course that makes you late for the call Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Zoom Workplace:

We used WebEx and Go To Meeting for years, before discovering Zoom. Within a month we cancelled those subscriptions and were all Zoom all the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zoom Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?

Beyond the expected of eliminating travel, the big benefit is the quality of the interaction. Zoom looks and sounds better than WebEX or GoToMeeting, so the level of interaction and engagement between participants on calls is much higher. That leads to greater comprehension and involvement.
