"Zoho CRM Centralizes Data, Automates Workflows, and Delivers Powerful Insights"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Zoho CRM?

What I like most about Zoho CRM is its ability to centralize customer data, sales activities, and automation in one platform. The interface is intuitive, customization options are extensive, and workflow automation significantly reduces repetitive tasks. I also appreciate its seamless integrations with other Zoho products and third-party applications, detailed reporting dashboards, and AI-powered insights that help prioritize leads and improve sales decisions. Overall, it provides excellent value by combining powerful CRM capabilities with flexibility for businesses of different sizes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?

Zoho CRM is a comprehensive platform, but the large number of features can make the initial setup and learning process challenging for new users. Some advanced customizations require additional time to configure, and certain premium capabilities are only available in higher-tier plans. I would also like to see a more modern interface in some areas, faster performance when Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Cost-Effective, Turnkey CRM Solution"
5/5
What do you like best about Zoho CRM?

I use Zoho CRM to keep a record of my leads, my follow ups, and most importantly the notes about the client or prospect. It helps me know exactly which leads I'm working on, my focus area, and which are top priority. One thing I like is that I have a complete record on Zoho CRM, so I'm assured that my data would not be lost. Since I'm the administrator of the account, I can assign roles based on sales agents, marketing agents, and operations agents, so the role based access control is another thing I like about Zoho. The user experience is great. If you look at the flow and the workflow, you have the lead status so you know what status you're on with a particular lead, then the contact information, notes, add meetings, add notes, and run a report. All that makes it a complete turnkey solution for all my CRM needs. It keeps me on top of my follow ups. The lead status tells me exactly where my lead stands as of today. I can use the contact details when I have to send an email to a prospect or call my client. Once I've finished an activity like an email sent or a call, I can record the notes so I keep a record of where I am. For meetings, I can schedule them and it sends reminders ten minutes before so I'm aware. And reporting, from a management perspective, lets me send a detailed report to the CXO. I don't think there's anything that needs to be added. It's a perfect platform. We switched from HubSpot, and the most important factor was the ease of access to create a lead and follow up on the lead, and it's more cost effective. The setup was easy, none of it was difficult. "Zoho is the read deal"
5/5
What do you like best about Zoho CRM?

I use Zoho CRM to manage customer info, track leads, update deal statuses, and schedule follow ups. It solves the problem of keeping track of multiple customers and leads at the same time. What I like most is that it keeps everything in one place, and I like how easy it is to stay organized. It also helps me make money faster and easier. The features I use and value the most are the leads and deals modules, and the task and follow up reminders. I also rely on the timeline for all my customers. The initial setup was super easy and fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive and Feature-Rich CRM"
5/5
What do you like best about Zoho CRM?

I appreciate the ease of navigation and the helpful features in Zoho CRM. It's an intuitive platform, making it easy for me to keep all leads and clients in one place. I like that everything, including inventory, can be kept in one place, and I can even set sales goals for my employees. The search bar is also a helpful feature. The initial setup was easy, and I am thrilled with how it allows easy communication via email. I also appreciate their built-in AI tool in the email feature. Pricing is also affordable. As a nonprofit, we are price conscious, and they have a discount for nonprofits. I haven't tried any integrations yet but I am curious what functionality it can offer in that regard. What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?

It's quite a lot of features, so sometimes it takes a long time to navigate to where I need to go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful and Flexible CRM for Growing Businesses"
5/5
What do you like best about Zoho CRM?

I've also found the ecosystem around Zoho CRM to be a big advantage. Being able to connect it with other Zoho applications helps reduce duplicate work and keeps customer information in one place. The Blueprint feature has been especially helpful for standardizing our sales process and making sure leads move through the right stages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?

I would also like to see more modern dashboards out of the box and additional prebuilt reports that require less customization. While the platform is very flexible, some common workflows still need more configuration than expected. Improving search speed and simplifying advanced settings would make the overall experience even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple CRM that helps keep everything together"
5/5
What do you like best about Zoho CRM?

We like that it brings sales, customer data, and workflow automation into one place without requiring a heavy technical setup. For teams that are still building their confidence with CRM systems, it’s intuitive enough that people can actually start using it right away, rather than spending weeks just trying to understand the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?

One of the main challenges is that while it’s easy to get started, it can become less intuitive as you move into more advanced customization. Once you start building more complex workflows, automation rules, or integrations, the platform can feel a bit fragmented and requires more time and experience to manage properly. Also we also find that the interface, while functional, isn’t always as polished or consistent as some of the higher-end CRM platforms. That can create a bit of a learning curve when users move between modules or try to understand where certain settings live. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Operational Excellence at Scale: My Experience Leading with Zoho CRM"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Zoho CRM?

Honestly, what I value most is how Zoho CRM evolves from a simple database into a strategic ally. When you are managing teams across four different countries, the challenge isn't getting more data; it’s finding clarity. Zoho delivers that by allowing us to automate the 'busy work' through Blueprints. This shift is crucial because it empowers my team to focus on what actually moves the needle: building deep relationships with our Enterprise accounts, instead of fighting with a tool.

Let’s be real: a CRM is only as effective as the data your team actually inputs. If the interface is a mess, adoption fails. What I appreciate about Zoho is its balance. It is intuitive enough for my CSS team to navigate without needing a 50 page manual, yet it remains deep enough for me to extract the granular insights I need as a leader. Even under the pressure of heavy reporting or bulk updates across multiple regions, the performance stays snappy. It truly feels like a platform built for global scale, not just for startups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?

What I find most challenging is the "paradox of choice". Because you can customize almost everything, it’s easy to over engineer your processes. Also, while the support is generally good, getting a deep-dive technical answer for complex API integrations across multiple regions can sometimes take longer than our fast paced operation expects. It’s a powerful tool, but it definitely requires a dedicated pair of hands to keep it optimized as you scale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Versatile, Customizable CRM That Streamlines Sales with Powerful Automation"
5/5
What do you like best about Zoho CRM?

Zoho CRM is extremely versatile and customizable. The interface is clean, making it easy to track leads, manage customer pipelines, and automate routine sales processes. Its seamless integration with other tools and powerful automation features save a lot of time for our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?

While Zoho CRM is feature-rich, the user interface can occasionally feel overwhelming due to the sheer number of settings and options. Additionally, setting up complex workflow automations or deep custom integrations requires a bit of a learning curve for non-technical users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
