"Accurate Email Verification That Boosts Deliverability and List Hygiene"
5/5
What do you like best about ZeroBounce?

The email verification accuracy is very strong, and the platform consistently identifies invalid, risky, or disposable email addresses before campaigns go out. Since implementing it, we’ve seen noticeable improvements in bounce rates and overall deliverability.

The interface is clean and easy to navigate, so bulk verifications are simple even for non-technical users. The API integration has also been smooth, making it straightforward to automate validation workflows across forms and CRM systems.

Another major advantage is the added data insights, such as spam trap detection and email activity scoring. These features help us make better decisions around list hygiene and engagement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZeroBounce?

Pricing can add up if you’re working with very large databases or need frequent, high-volume verification. Also, some of the reporting and analytics views could benefit from more customization options and stronger filtering to make it easier to focus on what matters. "Great Email Verification That Cuts Bounces and Protects Your Domain"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ZeroBounce?

It’s great to be able to verify emails before sending, since it reduces the risk of hard bounces and helps protect your domain so you’re less likely to get marked as spam when doing cold outreach, which is wonderful. The main downside for me is that the process feels a little bulky: I have to upload spreadsheets, and it seems like it can only verify either personal or work emails one at a time. That means I end up doing the uploads twice. This may be related to how I’m using it and there could be a better way, but I haven’t found one yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZeroBounce?

I find uploading spreadsheets to be time-consuming and a bit bulky. If the columns don’t line up properly, it sometimes won’t read the information correctly, and I’m not sure if there’s a better way to handle that. Otherwise, the software itself does a great job of detecting incorrect emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Bulk Email Validation with less hassle"
5/5
What do you like best about ZeroBounce?

What I like best about ZeroBounce is how easy it is to clean and verify email lists. It helps improve deliverability and gives us more confidence that we’re reaching real prospects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZeroBounce?

What I dislike is that the pricing can get expensive if you clean large email lists often. The platform works well, but the credits run out pretty fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Corina Leslie of ZeroBounce

Thank you for your review, Jesryll! We’re glad ZeroBounce makes bulk email validation simple and hassle-free. We appreciate your feedback on speed and are always working to make the process faster.

"ZeroBounce Verification Makes Life Easy"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ZeroBounce?

ZeroBounce does exactly what you want an email verification tool to do: it protects sender reputation and reduces risk. The validation results are clear and reliable. It's easy to integrate into existing outbound or CRM workflows. From an admin perspective, it's reassuring to have strong spam-trap detection, abuse detection, and compliance standards in place. It’s a dependable “set it and trust it” tool that helps keep campaigns out of trouble. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZeroBounce?

Catch-all results still need manual judgment, meaning it isn’t always a fully automated decision engine. At scale, credit usage can add up quickly, so admins must monitor usage closely, especially with multiple teams uploading lists. The UI is functional but not very modern or fast. Some non-technical stakeholders think validation alone ensures inboxing, but that isn’t true. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Don't Use Your CRM Without It"
5/5
What do you like best about ZeroBounce?

ZeroBounce is so easy to use. In a world of email blasts, spam filters, and firewalls - getting your message out to your clients can be challenging! Even if you have communications with a client muliple times, your domain emails can be flagged and stopped by the firewall and your website reputation can be harmed if you're emailing dead addresses. I use Zero Bounce against my existing client emails to ensure that I don't arbitrarily set of a spam reputation flag, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZeroBounce?

Nothing ... it' super easy to use! No complaints at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent validation service, easy to use and navigate"
5/5
What do you like best about ZeroBounce?

The signup process was as simple as it could get. I am using the credit model to validate emails through our CRM tool (EngageBay). It was straightforward to enable the API, much better than similar tools which usually hide the API code or make it very difficult. The results of email validation are detailed and insightful, helping us to quickly and automatically improve the CRM database Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZeroBounce?

Not a lot - but I feel that the ZeroBounceOne price is on the high side for small organizations like ours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZeroBounce?

Fairly high minimum credit purchase for some users Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable and Accurate Email Verification Tool"
5/5
What do you like best about ZeroBounce?

The accuracy of ZeroBounce is what I like best. It does an excellent job identifying invalid emails, spam traps, abuse addresses, and catch-all domains. The detailed reporting makes it easy to decide which emails to keep or remove, and the platform is very easy to use. It has helped improve deliverability and reduce bounce rates consistently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZeroBounce?

While ZeroBounce is very effective, the credit cost can feel a bit high for large-volume users or frequent list cleaning. Some results, like catch-all emails, still require manual judgment, which adds an extra step. However, these are minor drawbacks compared to the overall value it provides. "Always verify the email list if the list is more than 6 months old and it is a huge list"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ZeroBounce?

What I like most about ZeroBounce is how dependable it feels when you’re working with email at scale. It gives you confidence that the list you’re using is actually clean, which makes a huge difference for deliverability and sender reputation. The way it clearly flags invalid, risky, or disposable emails is especially helpful, because you don’t have to guess what to keep or remove before a campaign goes out.

Another thing I appreciate is that ZeroBounce goes beyond basic validation. Features like email scoring, blacklist monitoring, and easy integrations make it practical for everyday marketing workflows. It feels like a tool built for real marketers—not just for checking emails once, but for maintaining long-term list health and performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZeroBounce?

Actually, it is doing best in the industry. So, no complaints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Cleans my Email Lists Quickly & Effortlessly"
5/5
What do you like best about ZeroBounce?

I enjoy using ZeroBounce because it makes cleaning my email lists extremely easy! It also protects my sending score because it identifies "abuse" contacts, meaning people that report emails are identified so I can remove them from the list. Once I remove them, it makes it much more likely I'll land in the inbox and not the spam folder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZeroBounce?

The only issue I have with ZeroBounce is that once it validates the lists, it will create numerous lists (i.e. valid, catch-all, abuse contacts). As a result I have to then go in and manually remove the "abuse" contacts, I'd prefer if this step was simply automated in some fashion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
