I think the tool is powerful if you know how to use it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZaapIT?

Difficult to use interface

Although customer service was sometimes good, I had one awful experience which means I will not buy anything from them again Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
