XlntBrain Reviews & Product Details

XLNTBrain is a comprehensive concussion management platform designed to support athletic programs in effectively preventing, assessing, and managing sports-related concussions. Developed by Dr. Harry Kerasidis, a board-certified neurologist with over 25 years of experience in treating brain injuries, XLNTBrain integrates evidence-based protocols with advanced technology to provide a seamless, end-to-end solution for concussion care. The platform encompasses several key components to ensure thorough concussion management. It begins with education, offering online training modules for athletes, parents, and coaches that comply with state-wide regulations. These modules cover the causes, symptoms, and importance of proper concussion treatment, ensuring all stakeholders are well-informed. Following the educational component, athletes undergo comprehensive baseline testing, which includes neurocognitive assessments and balance evaluations. These tests establish a pre-injury benchmark of cognitive functions such as reaction time, attention, memory, and executive function, as well as mood and emotionality assessments. This baseline data is crucial for comparison in the event of a suspected concussion. In the event of an injury, XLNTBrain provides a Sideline Assessment Tool accessible via a mobile app. This tool enables coaches and athletic trainers to perform immediate evaluations using the Sport Concussion Assessment Tool 6 (SCAT6) protocol, facilitating quick and informed decisions regarding an athlete's condition. The app also includes a balance test feature, serving as an indicator of potential concussions. All assessment results are automatically documented and can be shared with parents, coaches, training staff, and medical professionals for further evaluation. For athletes diagnosed with a concussion, XLNTBrain offers a structured 5-step return-to-play protocol. This protocol guides athletes through progressive physical and cognitive exertion exercises, with daily symptom tracking to monitor recovery. Each step requires medical clearance before advancing, ensuring a safe and gradual return to full activity. Additionally, the platform provides an Academic Care Plan to assist student-athletes in safely reintegrating into classroom activities, addressing the cognitive challenges that may arise during recovery. XLNTBrain is tailored to meet the needs of various athletic programs, including high schools, colleges, and club sports. It ensures compliance with concussion education and management laws across all 50 states and offers bilingual support with full Spanish-language protocols, making it accessible to diverse populations. The platform integrates with existing systems such as August Schools, Healthy Roster, and Athletic Trainer System (ATS), streamlining data management and reducing administrative burden. By combining education, baseline testing, sideline assessments, recovery tracking, and compliance management into a single platform, XLNTBrain provides athletic programs with a robust tool to enhance athlete safety and ensure adherence to best practices in concussion care.
