"Streamlined Global Project Management with WPCRM"
4/5
What do you like best about WPCRM?

I really appreciate WPCRM's intuitive contact categorization and filtering system. It allows us to create custom tags and groups, saving significant time compared to manual sorting. The user-friendly layout means every team member can use it without extra training. The built-in follow-up reminders and project timeline tracking are incredibly practical for managing international projects across time zones. Strong GDPR-compliant access control is a top advantage for us, allowing role-based permissions that give us confidence in managing sensitive data. I also like the simple embedded note and record function, which lets me add detailed notes directly to contact or project pages, making later analysis and reporting much easier. Additionally, the simple import and export function for contact and project data is a huge time-saver. We can import bulk lists without complicated formatting, and exporting files is quick and easy. This feature is perfect when compiling participant rosters for surveys. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WPCRM?

First, it lacks advanced multi-language support. We collaborate with partners and survey participants across many European and global regions who use different native languages. The system’s interface and built-in field labels are only available in a single language, and it does not support auto-translation for contact notes or project logs, which adds extra work and slows down information review. Second, its bulk editing capabilities are quite basic. We often need to update status labels, tags or custom fields for dozens of contacts at once. Right now, we can only edit entries one by one, as the tool does not support batch modification in large quantities. This repetitive manual work becomes time-consuming when handling hundreds of global contacts for large-scale cross-border surveys. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive and Time-Saving CRM Solution"
5/5
What do you like best about WPCRM?

I use WPCRM mainly to manage customer data and keep track of sales activities. It helps me avoid the mess of customer data and missed follow-ups. I like how simple and organized it makes everything. It's easy to use, and I can quickly find the client's details and history. It really saves time and keeps my work smooth. I also like how easy and smooth it is to use, as it makes everything well-organized and saves time. I don't have to search around for information, and I can quickly check what needs to be done. The initial setup was fairly easy, and we were able to get started quickly without any technical help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WPCRM?

Sometimes it feels a bit limited when I need advanced features or customizations. I would like to see more customizations in report dashboards, so I can track exactly what matters to me, and some better automations for follow-ups and reminder features as well. "Efficient CRM for B2B Sales, Needs UI Modernization"
3.5/5
What do you like best about WPCRM?

I value WPCRM's stability and its focus on practical B2B sales needs. It reliably handles contact and account management, which saves our team time and reduces errors. I enjoy the automation of routine reminders and the smooth integration with our existing email and communication tools. This setup allows our team to work efficiently without unnecessary complexity while providing clear overviews for sales forecasting and team coordination. The centralized system for customer data significantly reduces our administrative effort, minimizes errors, and helps us maintain consistent, compliant processes that are critical to our sales operations. What do you dislike about WPCRM?

There are areas where we see room for improvement. The user interface can feel a bit outdated at times, and some custom reporting functions require more effort to set up than expected. Deeper integration options with common European business tools would also further streamline our daily work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Tailored for Distribution, Needs Better Report Tools"
3.5/5
What do you like best about WPCRM?

I really like that WPCRM is an industry-specific CRM, designed with wholesale and distribution in mind. It understands our needs with delivery routes, credit terms, inventory, pricing tiers, dealer relationships, and repeat ordering, without needing any awkward workarounds or custom coding—it just speaks our language. The AI insights, called Plaimaker, are really helpful because they actually drive sales by telling us which customers to contact, who's ready to reorder, what to upsell, and which accounts might be at risk. I also appreciate the strong field sales support and mobile app, which lets our outside reps pull up full customer history, log visits, submit quotes, and check inventory right from the road, eliminating the need for paper notes and ensuring no more delayed updates or lost information. What do you dislike about WPCRM?

Reporting is powerful but not user-friendly. You can get deep distribution-specific reports, but building them is not intuitive. It takes training to create custom dashboards, and exporting clean data for leadership can be messy. A drag-and-drop report builder is missing entirely. Right now, you have to select fields, filters, and layouts from long dropdowns in a rigid, form-like interface. Adding a simple visual, drag-and-drop report builder would make it easier and faster to create sales, customer, and product reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to use CRM with great data and analytics"
4.5/5
What do you like best about WPCRM?

It is very easy to use and integrates with our system so that everything flows together seamlessly. You can track prospects, new customer deals, vendor information and more all in one spot. It gives you analytical information on the deals you are working on as an entire company as well as drills down by territory and then individual reps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WPCRM?

Ours is not set up to see other rep leads nationally, so we cannot use it to see if someone else is working on the same prospect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
