The user-friendly UI is very polished, and the system makes it very easy to update current applicants' progress through your company's hiring steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish there were a way to automatically block out time slots within, say, 1-2 hours of the current time (so candidates don't sign up for interviews with little warning). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ease of setting up job postings; capability to review and dismiss in one swoop!

I especially appreciate the control in changing and/or navigating between pre-screening candidates for either a direct phone interview or on-site interview. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have consistently found our skilled technicians through WorkStep and have been able to execute "interview days", the majority of which had perfect attendance. Additionally, the overall flow is easy and moves well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
