What do you like best about Workiro?

I really appreciate Workiro's cost effectiveness—it’s about a third of the cost compared to Adobe Sign or DocuSign for our needs. It’s reliable, with hardly any downtime, and handles our high volume of daily contracts (about 20 per day) smoothly. What do you dislike about Workiro?

One ongoing frustration is the user management—if you remove a user, you can’t re-add them with the same email, which forces us to create email aliases unnecessarily. Also, only users with seats can view signed documents directly, which is a limitation compared to our previous solution. What do you like best about Workiro?

What do you dislike about Workiro?

One thing that could be improved is the task completion workflow: the 'mark complete' process can be a bit clunky and results in too many items building up in the catch-up section, requiring too many manual clicks to clear. What do you like best about Workiro?

I really appreciate that Workiro eliminates the need for clients to sign up for an account just to sign documents—this has made getting signatures much easier for my less tech-savvy clients. The open API is a huge plus for me, as it lets me automate tasks and create custom workflows. The document management and retrieval features are a game changer: it’s so much easier to find signed documents or important emails compared to my previous system. What do you dislike about Workiro?

One limitation is that you can’t assign multiple email addresses to a single contact, which would be useful for some of my clients. Also, some of my older clients don’t use email at all, so there’s no way around still posting documents to them. What do you like best about Workiro?

The best software in its category with easy user interface. It can be integrated with lots of softwares. You can send emails , attachments which is secured with your team. You can integrate your outlook account with this for sending mails easily and it will labeled automatically according to types of mails.

It also gives esign facility through which you can make your contracts, documents, agreements signed digitally which will save your time and money too. You can track the progress, manage them from backend.

You can add your colleagues, team members with your project. Manage your project and track how your team are working.

What do you dislike about Workiro?

What do you like best about Workiro?

When I was using the app there was no option for the subscriber to control adding and deleting team members. People come and go and I stopped using what was a good tool because of my inability to delete people and tasks from my team view. Hopefully they've made some feature enhancements.
