It's so easy to establish onto any website. We are currently using it on our landing pages doman, and our main Marketing site domain! I've never had an issue with performance - it's quick to setup and easy to pop in and monitor results. I'll be setting up the Slack integration so so I can get updates even easier. It's a really exciting tool that everyone on the team wants a part of - so many templates and different uses, and accessible enough for any team member to understand what goes on behind the curtain. All the advanced features (custom code, filtering by UTMs, adjusting the display trigger) make it fun to personalize, and easy and easy to track specific users & events. Figuring out the email sync feature, particularly with Hubspot/Zapier/Iterable was a bit tricky to figure out at first. We attempt to track a lot of information on our end, so there's some technical heavy work to go through. We therefore utilize almost all the features of Wisepops, except for push notifications, as our platform is not yet compatible with this option. There are really few drawbacks to report. Some features may sometimes be lacking, but they are quickly addressed by the development team. We work with Magento 2, which can sometimes limit access to certain features, which is unfortunate. What I like most about Wisepops is how easy it is to set up highly targeted, good‑looking campaigns without needing any development help. The interface is very intuitive, so I was able to launch several on‑site promotions in a short amount of time, including popups with discounts and countdown timers, an announcement bar, and a feed to highlight new features on my AI website.

The level of targeting is excellent: I can choose exactly who sees which campaign and trigger it based on user behavior and interaction with the page.
