Multiple coworkers did not engage in the Eat Well Live Well Challenge because they were averse to downloading yet another app on their phone - perhaps linking the challenge to The Dish might have been helpful for them. Some who did enroll lost interest when they realized they had to manually log in their servings of fruit and vegetables. Another found that the steps in the app did not match what was listed on her Health App. I would like the ability to add things to the previous day - sometimes I fell asleep unable to add data and realized too late the next day. It feels like it is more an introduction to health and wellness, which is great and it is a great platform for learning about wellness. I dislike that I know most of this already and have watched the same modules so once I am done with that, it feels like there is nothing else to gain. Like it is a temporary thing and not much has me wanting to continue to come back and utilize it.
