"Effortless Time Management for Executive Assistants"
5/5
What do you like best about WebWork Time Tracker?

I find WebWork Time Tracker easy to use, which simplifies logging and reviewing my work hours. I appreciate the clear reporting, reliable time tracking, and the capability to categorize time by project and task. It really helps me stay accountable and monitor productivity. Plus, it offers transparent records of the time I've spent on various assignments and projects. The reliable timer is also a big plus because it lets me focus on my work without worrying about whether my hours are being recorded correctly. Additionally, the initial setup was extremely easy, which was great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WebWork Time Tracker?

There aren't any major drawbacks in my experience. But if I had to mention one, it would be maybe that additional customization options for reports and dashboards could be added. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Task Switching and Rock-Solid Tracking Even Through ISP Glitches"
5/5
What do you like best about WebWork Time Tracker?

What stands out the most to me is the option to enable or disable screenshot capturing. It strikes a good balance between accountability and employee privacy. Teams that don't need constant monitoring can work without feeling micromanaged, while managers can still trust that work is being completed based on deliverables rather than just screenshots.

From a UI/UX perspective, the platform is clean and easy to navigate. Most features are where you'd expect them to be, so getting started doesn't take much time.

The available integrations cover the essentials and make it easier to fit WebWork into an existing workflow without too much manual effort.

In terms of performance, the desktop app has been stable in my experience, and time tracking runs reliably in the background without consuming too many system resources.

Looking at pricing and ROI, I think it's reasonably priced for the features it offers. For businesses managing remote or hybrid teams, the reporting and productivity insights can save managers time and provide enough visibility to justify the cost.

Support and onboarding have also been positive. The setup process is straightforward, and the documentation makes it easy to learn the basics. When support is needed, the team has been responsive and helpful.

As for AI and intelligence, I appreciate the productivity reports and automated insights that help identify work patterns. While there is still room to expand AI-powered features, the existing analytics already provide useful information for improving team productivity without being overly intrusive. What do you dislike about WebWork Time Tracker?

The legacy version of the app used to have the option to resize the tracker. The current one somehow takes up more screen space. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Anna Aleksanyan of WebWork Time Tracker

Thanks for the thoughtful review! Everything in WebWork, starting from the screenshot feature, is built to adapt to every team's culture. That adaptability is what helps teams stay productive in the way that works best for them. We also appreciate your note on the tracker size. We'll pass it on to our team to look into.

"Boosts Contractor Oversight and Budget Management"
5/5
What do you like best about WebWork Time Tracker?

I use WebWork Time Tracker as a timekeeping software for our contractors, which helps us ensure they are working and doing what they are supposed to. It's great for budgeting with our clients by making sure we allocate the correct amount of time to each one. I appreciate that we can see screenshots for all contractors, providing a more accurate measure of their productivity and confirming they are working on the correct tasks. WebWork also offered us a better deal with the features we needed for budgeting. The initial setup was easy enough once we got all the projects and tasks set up. "Keeps Me Active and Organized with Detailed, Project-Based Task Tracking"
5/5
What do you like best about WebWork Time Tracker?

It keeps me active at work. I like that it helps me stay organized by letting me categorize tasks by project, and also by giving me the option to specify my tasks in more detail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WebWork Time Tracker?

I’m not sure about the accuracy. For example, when I’m in a meeting, it sometimes tags me as idle. It should be able to detect whether I’m in a meeting or not. Also, the app randomly stops, which is frustrating because it can affect my work time summary. Then I have to inform HR every time that I was working and that WebWork stopped only during that specific period of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Time Tracking with Room for Improvement"
4.5/5
What do you like best about WebWork Time Tracker?

I like that WebWork Time Tracker offers the possibility to delete a screenshot of the screen, which keeps me in control of my PC and helps protect sensitive information shared during work. The accurate time tracking is great as it rarely misses minutes, ensuring correct payroll without needing constant adjustments from my boss. I also find it easy to request time off and to see which team members have taken time off, which is very intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WebWork Time Tracker?

Sometimes it has occasional issues when it stops tracking time for no reason, or remains active even though it has been turned off. Initially, when using the web version, it was harder to track workload and efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"WebWork Time Tracker: Convenient, Affordable, and Easy to Navigate"
4/5
What do you like best about WebWork Time Tracker?

Webwork is very helpful, much more convenient compared to other time trackers. This app is easy to navigate. It is much cheaper. The performance was good and real-time. It is easy to track the workload, such as the count of keyboard, taking screenshots, and even scrolling. It also records what task you are doing every minute and hour. Easy to connect to other tools. I used the product for 3 days, and I will say that it's a good experience so far, especially in training and onboarding. Honestly, I haven't tried the customer support yet, but I believe they will provide good service. Hope I'll able to experience their AI features that they offer to this app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WebWork Time Tracker?

The downside I've experienced with this WebWork Time tracker is that some of my 10-minute sessions didn't capture a screenshot; it says "No Screenshots," even though you can see the pop-up counting toward capturing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Anna Aleksanyan of WebWork Time Tracker

Dear User, thank you for the detailed review. If you can't take a screenshot, that could be due to a few reasons. Please reach out to our support team and they'll help resolve this

The initial setup was easy, which made getting started with the tool convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WebWork Time Tracker?

I don't understand the concept of productive time. I could be doing less activity sometimes, but it should be counted as productive time. That does not make sense to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"WebWork Time Tracker: Eficiencia y Facilidad en un Solo Lugar"
5/5
What do you like best about WebWork Time Tracker?

What do you dislike about WebWork Time Tracker?

Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
