What I like most about WebinarKit is the breadth of functionality it provides without requiring a collection of separate services.

It offers far more than simply hosting a webinar. I can create automated and scheduled presentations, registration pages, reminder and follow-up sequences, replay pages, calls to action and audience engagement within one connected platform. The ability to use email, SMS and calendar reminders is particularly valuable because webinar success depends heavily on attendance and follow-up, not simply registrations.

The platform is also highly useful from a commercial and agency perspective. I operate a white-label version as WebinarStudio.io, and WebinarKit has allowed me to offer clients a genuinely substantial webinar and marketing platform under my own branding rather than merely reselling a basic meeting tool.

I also appreciate that the product continues to evolve. The newer AI-assisted tools, automated follow-up capabilities and integrations make it possible to build a much more complete customer journey around a webinar. Once the initial system is understood, creating and duplicating webinar campaigns is considerably faster than building every component separately.

The main disadvantage is that the breadth of the platform can make the initial learning process feel more complicated than the marketing may suggest. Creating a basic webinar is straightforward, but understanding all the available settings, automation options, integrations and white-label administration takes time.

Some areas of the interface and documentation could also be made more consistent. Occasionally, a feature or setting is not located where I would intuitively expect it to be, and clearer contextual guidance within the platform would reduce the need to consult tutorials or support materials.

From a white-label reseller’s perspective, I would also welcome even greater control over certain aspects of the customer-facing experience and administration. These are refinements rather than fundamental problems, but additional reseller-level customisation would make an already strong white-label product even better. WebinarKit may not be the best choice if you need to do high-visual-quality Live webinars. It may be a better choice if you primary need is a platform for Automated webinars.

We do a lot of Live webinars and bought the "best deal ever" package expecting that the promoted "100% HD audio & video quality”, “Pixel-Perfect Webinars", and "Crystal-Clear HD Video” would apply to both Live and Automated webinars, only to discover that Live webinars are limited to 720p (automated webinars stream in 1080p).

As far as we can tell, nowhere in WebinarKit's marketing or online documentation is this clearly specified, which let to confusion and disappointment post-purchase.

Live webinar layouts for screen sharing and multi-speaker webinars are also limited. Screen-sharing or presentation sharing requires the speaker's camera view to be hidden or overlaid on top of the shared screen/presentation. There are no side-by-side view options available.

This means additional effort is required when preparing presentations for sharing on live webinars due to need to leave a section of the slides blank (where the speaker's camera view will be overlaid on top of the slide).

Furthermore, when screen/presentation sharing, only one speaker can be visible at a time, which is a limitation that many other platforms do not have.

It would be good to see WebinarKit invest more into enhancing its Live webinar functionality to support more modern Live webinar layouts and a 1080p live streaming option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love WebinarKit. Hands down, it has always been a well-maintained product that keeps up with innovation and benefits for its members. I have experienced a slight glitch or two that could just be user error because when I went back after my frustration, everything appeared to be fine. I’m a newbie, and I was worried this would be too difficult to use. I was wrong. It was intuitive to set up and easy to run, and everything made sense as I went along. The script generator really saves an enormous amount of time as well as the slide generator. I used to spend 100+ hours to get my PowerPoint slides done, and now it's a matter of minutes! To coordinate it with Go High Level really takes things to another level. I cat believe how this performs, as I save so many hours a week. The biggest challenge for me has been the learning curve as a first-time webinar creator. While WebinarKit offers training resources, I initially found it confusing to know where to go for step-by-step guidance. I assumed the Academy was the primary training area, but later discovered that many of the practical instructions I needed were located in the Help section.

Some of the training videos move quickly, which can make it difficult for beginners to follow along while building their first webinar. I would love to see more beginner-focused tutorials that walk through the process at a slower pace and explain where to find important settings, saved webinars, and editing tools.

For the last 2 years I am using WebinarKit, both Live and Pro versions of the software for my teaching at Sofia University, Bulgaria. I am very satisfied with the capabilities WebinarKit have, and the redundancy and quality of this Webinar software. Before starting to use WebinarKit I used several other platforms like the well known Zoom and Moodle, but both of these platforms had some internal problems, I didn't succeed to overcome. Now, with the help of WebinarKit, I am capable to present without any time limitations or lecture guests limitations all my life classes as well as all the recorded training videos and homework assignments. No glitches or problems so far on the technical side. Video run smoothly without breaks, even if I have more than 30 students watching my classes at the same time. No bandwidth or time limitations, so my presentations can be as long as needed. There is no special thing I don't like, except that the platform is built with business and marketing perspective in mind at first place and I am using it for none commercial teaching purpose. I would like to see a little bit more focus on educational and teaching infrastructure, like more teaching templates as well as a way to communicate directly with my students inside the WebinarKit platform and send them assignments and homework. WebinarKit is impressive. Especially for the automated webinars as I use them now. It's super simple to set up and easy to set up the video to run. PLUS they got a bunch of features that actually rock for conversion-driven webinars including an AI seller that just makes sure to get people and convert them. I am fairly new to webinarkit.com, but what I have experienced so far has been phenomenal. I am invited to training experiences and I am made aware of any and all updates.
