"Effortless Inbox Success with Warmforge"
5/5
What do you like best about Warmforge?

I really appreciate Warmforge for warming up my mailboxes, which helps keep them with a high rating for landing in inboxes on email campaigns. It's a great tool that saves me time from having to do the warming on my own, and I find it valuable that it's a free service with a Salesforge plan. I love how it's unlimited and so easy to use, along with its very clean dashboard, daily tracking, and how it's organized well. The integration is also seamless with all of the email sending 'Forge' stack, making my workflow smoother. I can easily see how many daily emails are being sent from each and track what the score is. The initial setup was easier than Smartleads, and I'm very happy with the change. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Warmforge?

When I make changes to the signature in the Warmforge tool, it's not very 'sticky.' I had to add the signatures multiple times before they stuck. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Warmforge helps improve email deliverability with warmup and inbox placement tests"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Warmforge?

Warmforge is useful because it helps us manage email warmup, sender health, and inbox placement in one place.

The aged warmup pool is one of the best parts because it helps mailboxes build a better sending history before we use them for outbound. The inbox placement test is also very useful because we can see whether emails are landing in Primary, Promotions, or Spam before launching campaigns.

The UI is simple enough to check mailbox health without spending too much time.

Support and onboarding have also been helpful when setting up mailboxes and understanding what needs attention. Overall, Warmforge.ai gives us more confidence before sending cold email campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Warmforge?

You still need to understand the basics of email deliverability to get the best results Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Warmforge Keeps Cold Emails Landing in Primary"
5/5
What do you like best about Warmforge?

One thing I liked the most about Warmforge is how it protects sender reputation on autopilot. One click warms up your mailboxes, tracks your heat score, and runs placement tests, so your cold emails land in primary, not spam folder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Warmforge?

The only downside is that you can't really test it before paying; there's no free trial on the warm-up slots. A short trial would make it much easier to commit with confidence, but the prices are pretty reasonable, and I didn't regret it after buying one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible Email Warm-Up with Seamless Salesforge Connection"
5/5
What do you like best about Warmforge?

It connects automatically if you have Salesforge.

The warm-up settings are flexible: you can control how many emails to send, the timing, etc. There is a warm-meter that helps estimate if your mailbox is ready for a real operation.

You can also set up a filter so your inbox doesn't turn into a 'trash bin' once the warming process starts. The design and everything else are on the same level as the rest of the *forge infrastructure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Warmforge?

No complaints—it's just a good, useful tool.

Probably the only downside is the thought of how much energy is being consumed globally by these kinds of warm-up processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, Reliable Domain & Inbox Warming That Boosts Deliverability"
5/5
What do you like best about Warmforge?

Warmforge makes warming domains and inboxes simple and reliable. The setup is straightforward, and the automation runs quietly in the background without needing constant adjustments. It helps stabilize deliverability and gives confidence that emails are landing where they should. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Warmforge?

The platform is intentionally focused, so advanced customization options are limited. That said, the simplicity is also part of the appeal, and it works well for its core purpose without unnecessary complexity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"warmup for cold emails became easy"
5/5
What do you like best about Warmforge?

the simplicity to upload mailboxes and have the warmup process integrates with the other apps namely Salesforge and infraforge. Currently I have 71 mailboxes being warmed up and it took me a few seconds to upload them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Warmforge?

In the beginning it takes a while to understand all their apps and how they interact with each other. Warmup only starts a few hours after all is set. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"An Essential Tool for Anyone Serious About Email Deliverability"
5/5
What do you like best about Warmforge?

I really like how the warming flows feel like genuine human interactions, not just robotic spam. This realistic approach is key to staying out of spam folders and building a sustainable, long-term reputation with email providers. It gives me peace of mind. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Warmforge?

While the 'Heat Score' is great, the overall reporting and analytics are a bit basic. I'd love to see more historical data and trends on deliverability performance for each domain over time, directly within the dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Frustrating Service, Inadequate Support"
0.5/5
What do you like best about Warmforge?

nothing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Warmforge?

Warmforge is a nightmare to use. Mailboxes get disconnected, and the warm-up process stops, which is paralyzing my business and outreach process. Customer support ignores my requests and claims they have too many requests. They should be more professional and solve technical issues related to mailboxes being disconnected. "Reliable Email Warm-Up That Works"
5/5
What do you like best about Warmforge?

Warmforge quickly improved my deliverability with AI-driven warm-up that mimics real human sends, opens, and replies. The Heat Score dashboard makes it easy to track progress, and multi-inbox management is a big time saver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Warmforge?

Setup requires DNS/SPF/DKIM knowledge, so non-technical users might struggle. Reporting is basic, and pricing can add up if you only have a few inboxes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
