"Reliable Wakeo API: automated tracking and increased visibility on our shipments"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Wakeo?

We use Wakeo solely through API to automatically feed our TMS for our maritime and air shipments. No platform, no interface—just the data that arrives and updates the files. The result is there. We exceed 85% of the expected tracking rate, which is enough to eliminate a good part of the manual tracking that burdened the teams. Less repetitive data entry, fewer follow-ups with companies to know the status of a file, and better visibility for our clients on their flows—it's concrete and measurable. The technical integration went well. The API is stable, the documentation is correct, and we didn't have any unpleasant surprises once in production. The remaining 15% are mainly related to less well-connected companies or atypical corridors—it's a market limitation as much as a tool limitation. Wakeo is a serious solution, well-established in Europe in the overseas segment. For our use, it's a justified investment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wakeo?

The 15% not covered mainly concern airlines or shipping companies that are less connected to data networks, on secondary corridors or less standardized flows. This is not a blocking issue in our case, but it means that manual tracking is not completely eliminated — it is just concentrated on a minority of cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Relevant transport visibility platform for ocean shipments"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Wakeo?

Wakeo interface is really user friendly, easy to understand and navigate. It allows to track simply , on real time basis, our ocean shipments without intensive training.

It gives us access to our overall ocean performance with strong & powerful analytics as most of the shipping lines are connected.

Our ERP is interfaced to reflect the ETA changes of our shipments, this is an important ROI.

Wakeo teams are really supportive and do their best to cover our specific needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wakeo?

We have some data issues but this linked mostly to some customs specific that we required and added complexity. We have a good support of Wakeo to tackle them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Wakeo: Leverage visibility to drive action"
4/5
What do you like best about Wakeo?

Wakeo offers an intuitive navigation interface that highlights key information and deviations, making its use simple and natural for users, allowing them to quickly gain autonomy. Wakeo also offers several modes of connection to carriers, ranging from API to simple Excel files, allowing the integration of any carrier, greatly facilitating their integration on the platform. Finally, Wakeo provides numerous indicators, enabling near real-time monitoring of our carriers' performance, as well as the ability to challenge them using Wakeo's portfolio data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wakeo?

The integration and monitoring of transport documents could be improved. D&D analytics do not adapt well to consolidated containers (cost replication), requiring manual reworking from raw data. And the tracking of shipments in containers (Road/OOG) is difficult, if not impossible, to follow in real-time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Wakeo’s Trusted Routes: Instant Visibility into Reliable Shipping Performance"
5/5
What do you like best about Wakeo?

When I used Wakeo, the tracking capabilities and especially the "trusted routes" module were helpful. Trusted Routes transformed how we planned our supply chain by providing instant visibility into the most reliable shipping routes based on real carrier performance data, not just schedules. I especially liked the ability to compare routes side-by-side with actual delay percentages, transit times, and carrier reliability scores. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Revolutionized Our Shipment Tracking"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Wakeo?

I like Wakeo for the overall visibility it provides and the responsiveness of the team. The data quality is impressive, and the prediction capabilities really stand out. I also appreciate the monitoring of carrier performance and the ability to follow up from end to end on our deliveries. It's useful for adapting stock projections and norms, challenging maritime companies between realized and purchased capacities, focusing on customer development, and benefiting from the quality of ETA predictions. "From Reactive Tracking to Predictive Intelligence"
5/5
What do you like best about Wakeo?

Wakeo brings true intelligence into shipment visibility. What I like most is the accuracy and reliability of the predictive ETAs — they consistently outperform the carrier-provided estimates and give us precious lead time to act before issues escalate.

The integration capabilities are outstanding. Wakeo’s API connects seamlessly with our core systems allowing predictive tracking data to flow directly into our operational tools. Our teams no longer have to chase updates or switch between platforms; they can make real-time decisions right where they work.

The user experience is another strength: clear milestones, logical event hierarchy, and the right level of detail without overwhelming the user. It’s a truly data-driven visibility platform that helps us shift from reactive problem solving to proactive supply chain orchestration — exactly what modern forwarding needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wakeo?

There’s very little to dislike. Some smaller origins and feeder services still have limited data coverage, which is an industry-wide challenge rather than a Wakeo issue. We’ve also seen that when clients or partners don’t provide structured master data, it can limit tracking depth.

The team at Wakeo, however, is very responsive — they actively extend coverage and provide regular roadmap updates, so any gaps are typically short-lived. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
