We exceed 85% of the expected tracking rate, which is enough to eliminate a good part of the manual tracking that burdened the teams. Less repetitive data entry, fewer follow-ups with companies to know the status of a file, and better visibility for our clients on their flows—it's concrete and measurable. The technical integration went well. The API is stable, the documentation is correct, and we didn't have any unpleasant surprises once in production. The remaining 15% are mainly related to less well-connected companies or atypical corridors—it's a market limitation as much as a tool limitation. There’s very little to dislike. Some smaller origins and feeder services still have limited data coverage, which is an industry-wide challenge rather than a Wakeo issue. We’ve also seen that when clients or partners don’t provide structured master data, it can limit tracking depth.
