"Invaluable Tool with Intuitive UI and Rapid Results"
5/5
What do you like best about Waikay?

I like the user interface of Waikay. It's simple and allows me to get enough out of it at this moment. I also appreciate it's worth for the money. Setting it up was absolutely simple. I find the shareable reports particularly good, especially when working closely with lots of clients who use the tool. I also enjoy the fact that even though my clients might not use it for long, they've learned a lot, restructured their websites and content, and explored both internal and external backlink opportunities. This makes Waikay a great tool. Another aspect I like is the expertise offered, which sets it apart considering how other tools might over-promise in the AI space. What do you dislike about Waikay?

This is probably more about how you navigate around at times. From the small amount of things that are on the left-hand side nav. Sometimes you're just left wondering about where you're gonna go next, but not very often. Possibly at times, fully understanding where something is would help. Or a fiction, when they should flag it, check it, or see it as positive at that moment. So that's a little bit of a learning process. As far as the nav goes on the left-hand side, maybe that's just down to me. I just quite often find myself going to the very top corner and, hit projects or go right to the very top and starting again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly, Reliable, and Efficient—Waikay Saves Us Time"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Waikay?

What I like most about Waikay is how user-friendly and reliable it is. It helps me handle daily tasks smoothly and efficiently, and its integration with other tools saves me a lot of time. Overall, the platform feels stable and thoughtfully designed—I rarely run into bugs or downtime. On top of that, the customer support team is responsive and helpful whenever I need assistance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Waikay?

Although Waikay works great overall, there are a few areas that could improve. Sometimes new updates are released without clear explanations, which can be confusing at first. I also wish there were more customization options for dashboards and reports. When handling large datasets, the system can be a bit slow to load. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent platform for brand protection in AIs"
4/5
What do you like best about Waikay?

The monitoring panel for mentions in generative AIs is very fast and detailed. The Fact tracker might be the feature I use the most, because it helps me identify, in real-time, when platforms like ChatGPT or Claude provide outdated information about our company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Waikay?

The initial setup is complex, and the creation/configuration of dashboards has a steep learning curve for those without a background in data analysis. Another point is the API documentation: there are few practical examples, which makes direct integration with BI tools difficult. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, Actionable AE Visibility Tool with Fast, Helpful Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Waikay?

Simplicity of the tool. The UI is simple but user input options are obvious and sufficient

The concepts it introduced and that are now widely copied by other AE Visibility tools

The actionability of the recommendations (facts / knowledge gaps)

Support is reliable, fast (within a few hours) and always helpful

In my opinon the best tool for the relative low price point and you can start with a free tier as well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Waikay?

No integrations - but didn't expect any at this price point Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Tool to monitor brand presence in AI"
4/5
What do you like best about Waikay?

The tool offers a very clear view of how AI tools perceive a brand. The AI visibility monitoring feature, citation analysis, and hallucination identification are very useful and help to better understand how the brand is being represented. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Waikay?

Some analyses still require technical knowledge to be fully utilized, especially for those without experience with SEO. It would be interesting to have more customizable dashboards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Insightful, Easy-to-Use Tool with Outstanding Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Waikay?

I've been using Waikay for a long while now, it has allowed me to fully understand how Chat GPT and other tools view brands I am working on, it has led to some interesting insights which have helped me to demonstrate the need for improvements to clients, it is easy to use but more importantly the support from the team has helped me understand really how to use it.

Love that it is easy to add team members without too much of a difficulty. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Waikay?

It is still in development and you can see that it is continually being improved as the various LLMs or Chat Bots are evolving, as a result it isn't going to be ahead of them breaking it, but not had any issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Finally see what AI says about our brand"
5/5
What do you like best about Waikay?

What I like best about Waikay is that it finally gives me a clear, structured view of how AI tools talk about our brand and our competitors. Instead of guessing what ChatGPT or other models say, I can see real answers, spot missing or wrong information, and get concrete suggestions on what to fix. We started using Waikay basically from day one, and it quickly became a game changer in how we think about “AI visibility” alongside classic SEO. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Waikay?

It is still an early product, so you can feel that sometimes. A few things in the UI are not 100 percent intuitive yet, some reports take a bit of time to generate, and there are features and integrations I would like to see in the future. None of this is critical, but it is clear Waikay is evolving fast rather than being a “finished” enterprise tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Revolutionises Brand Visibility with Actionable AI Insights"
5/5
What do you like best about Waikay?

What I like most about Waikay is that it gives marketers a clear view of how AI systems see and interpret a brand. Most tools still treat visibility as a traditional SEO problem, but Waikay focuses on the AI and GEO layer that now shapes real discovery. The topic analysis, action plans and entity insights are genuinely useful and consistent enough to build into a workflow. It helps me understand where a brand is strong, where it is being misunderstood, and what needs improving to strengthen visibility across platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity. In a space full of noise (there are AI tools launched every week), Waikay feels practical, grounded and ahead of the curve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Waikay?

Waikay is working in a new space, so there is naturally a bit of a learning curve. Some of the AI visibility concepts take time to interpret, especially for teams used to traditional SEO tools. The platform is still evolving, and there are moments where I want deeper integrations and slightly richer reporting. None of this takes away from its value, but it does mean you need some existing understanding of AI search and entity work to get the most from it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effective AI SEO Tool with Room for UX Improvement"
4/5
What do you like best about Waikay?

I like Waikay's easy-to-use interface and detailed action steps. I also appreciate the fresh updates of prompts that we are tracking, along with the brand-topic analysis. These features help provide a full picture of what we need to track and improve on the website to rank higher in AI search. Additionally, the initial setup of Waikay was super easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Waikay?

The UX/UI could be improved as it is a new tool, making the interface not as easy to navigate despite valuable data. Also, the credits can be used up quickly depending on the plan, which might not be sufficient for lower pricing tiers to track everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Actionable AI Insights with Quick SEO Reporting"
5/5
What do you like best about Waikay?

I really like Waikay because it provides me with the ability to quickly generate topic reports and consolidate them into a comprehensive report. This functionality is incredibly helpful as it allows me to efficiently brief content teams and provide my clients with a clear understanding of where their visibility is lacking. Additionally, the initial setup of Waikay was very easy, guiding me through each step seamlessly, which made integrating it into my workflows a breeze. The tool’s ability to be one of the few actionable AI-based solutions for content strategy and SEO further enhances its utility, making it an indispensable part of my process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Waikay?

I think the overall month-on-month tracking could be clearer, and perhaps some kind of CSV export would be beneficial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
