Vestwell has a nice UI, and my employees seem happy with the funds available. The onboarding process was a breeze and felt straightforward from start to finish. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We recently onboarded, and while that was relatively smooth, we've had some blips since then (in particular, one entire payroll contribution ACH was missed). Vestwell's customer support is basically nonexistent. I've sent multiple messages with literally not even a canned response. I don't know if I have a customer success manager, which is a miss on their part. The pricing seems fair, but I can't find a document that details what they're specifically charging. Vestwell’s integration, support, and onboarding did not go well for our organization. The integration was not fully completed, which caused multiple errors and led to several support tickets. Unfortunately, the support I received from several different Customer Success team members was subpar. They didn’t answer my questions, and the information they provided was often vague or inaccurate, which only created more confusion.

Eventually, I submitted another support ticket and was connected with Amanda C, who was AMAZING. She not only answered all of my questions, but also went above and beyond to fix the integration issues and remove unnecessary contribution runs by pay groups we didn’t need.
