Versa Cloud ERP is a good system that we use for our ERP needs and it has significantly reduced the need for manual reporting while managing our EDI customers more efficiently. We like that the system does what we need it to do and that the Versa team is top notch in helping us solve individual customer ordering issues and customize data. The team behind the system is an incredibly valuable asset to us, having helped us tremendously with recent issues like the Lowes ordering scheme. The initial setup was relatively easy due to being template-driven, and the Versa team made the process easier, even though it was a demanding task for me. I would like the ability to customize our own reports, off order discounts as a total (not by line). We've had a few requests through the years which would have cost us thousands of dollars to have Versa construct/complete for us, which we opted not to do. The subscription has drastically increased. While it’s very customizable, I’ve found it extremely time-consuming and complicated to get all the rules and integrations set up exactly the way we need. Overall, I don’t think that’s Versa’s fault—it’s just a time-consuming and difficult process no matter what.

It seems that Versa continually makes adjustments to improve intuitive work flow. The allocation and remove allocation features for example were added and refined when I think Versa could tell that would be very beneficial and it was. It is easy to view all inventory related issues in a concentrated interface and address accordingly -- by adjusting stock for example if necessary, with a lot of markers indicating how specific inventory is processed, like a bread crumb trail so you can always see how we got to a certain number. We searched and tried dozens of platforms to replace our obsolete ERP until we found Versa. It was the perfect fit since it is extremely robust with advanced inventory management, purchasing, and order processing capabilities. It's really easy to use without burdensome configurations. Working with Versa is like working with a partner. This is not the software you buy and have to purchase ERP for Dummies immediately after. If you are somewhat familiar with ERPs, you'll have an advantage here- easy to use and navigate once undertsding the basics. Versa is very responsive to our business's needs, and their team treats us in a fashion that shows us through every interaction that they are there to help and do what they can to ensure their system helps our business grow. Being web-based, our sales team can access the system anywhere they have cell service/ wifi making on-the-spot deals based on live inventory, ensuring we are selling what we have. Fulfillment from our Shopify is streamlined and we are also able to publish all the key info to shopify strat from the erp. Financials and Purchasing are also good in my opionion. Reporting is an area we could use more assistance with. Custom reporting is available within the erp- However, there is no pivot table or excel database connection. This means you may have to lean on Versa for assistance in building a report you may need. Versa is exceptionally welcoming to customizations, so if, or when, you need to engage with them to develop a custom report, it's a breeze, and turnaround is quick.
