VerifyWP Reviews & Product Details

To hire the best WordPress developers, you need to know that you are interviewing the best of your candidates. In order to do it right, you need to assess their skills. With VerifyWP, you can assess ALL of your candidates and only bring in the best for an interview. Traditional technical hiring processes only assess candidate skills after they've been filtered out manually by looking through resumes. This allows for unqualified candidates to make it through to the interview stage while letting great candidates fall through the cracks. Testing for skills can eliminate the error-prone and time-consuming work of manually sorting through resumes while serving up great developers that may not have made it through the manual process. VerifyWP works like this: - Invite ALL of your candidates to take the assessment (either front-end or back-end) - Wait as their scores show up in real time on your dashboard - Sort your candidates by their scores and dig into their detailed skill breakdowns to learn even more - Choose your top candidates to interview, knowing they are qualified before they walk in the door Ta-da! You've improved your hiring process AND saved time and money at the same time. Win-win!
