I like how easy it is to use VEED. I feel like I can come into VEED without a lot of background knowledge or even much editing or technical knowledge and be creating really good high-quality content within a few minutes. It's not like Final Cut Pro or Adobe. Because VEED is so fast, I can finish projects quicker and then get them reviewed and move on a lot faster. It was incredibly easy to transition to VEED. I don't think VEED does as good a job with sound editing as it does with video editing. I also find that it screws up a lot with regard to transcriptions, so I have to go in and fix them quite a bit. I don't love the AI generated b roll footage; it's often not really appropriate. I think it's very hard to seamlessly do transitions between clips, so I often find myself steering away from those because VEED doesn't do a great job with those. What I really like about VEED is that it is easy to use. You do not need to be a professional video editor or spend hours figuring out complicated desktop software. You upload your video, cut what you need, add text, resize it for social media, fix small things, and you are done. Simple, fast, and the result still looks professional.

The subtitling feature is a breeze. This is one of my favorite parts. Adding subtitles used to feel like punishment, but with VEED it is quick, easy to edit, and works very well. For festival videos, social media posts, artist announcements, and promo clips, this is a huge help.

I also like the extra features, such as templates, screen recording, audio cleanup, translations, branding tools, and the fact that everything works online without installing heavy software on my computer. I like VEED's ability to drop in videos of any quality and utilize a closed caption feed. I also appreciate the AI-generated closed captions, which make it easy to add subtitles to videos. I love the auto subtitle feature - I find it to be very accurate and helpful. Editing with the script is also useful as I can delete chunks of interviews that I don't want to use. I also like the "remove background noise" feature - I edit a lot of interviews and this helps with audio clarity. This app is very intuitive, and I had no trouble onboarding to using it when I began editing videos. It's pretty quick to upload videos and generally doesn't take too long to render. One time I added a bunch of videos and they did not upload at all, though I was able to edit with them, so I was forced to do the whole project again which was annoying. This has only happened once, however. There did not seem to be a way to get them to re-upload without doing everything again. I wish I was told that the videos didn't upload properly and wasn't able to edit with them, which would have saved me time. Another pain point is that I use a lot of different clips for videos, and I wish I could edit the video colors/saturation/etc for all the clips at one time, instead of doing it separately. Actually, I can’t say I dislike anything in the app. It lets you use it long enough to create a video of a reasonable length for free, and you can even download your video, even though it has a watermark. I think the ease of use of VEED is amazing. I just have to give a very simple prompt, and the entire video is generated in minutes, which saves a lot of my time and boosts my productivity. In recent times, a few aspects have improved, like there was a lag earlier, and I think that part has been taken care of. The process of adding roles, images, selecting different audios, and using the available stock videos and images has become very useful for me. The simplicity and user-friendly nature of VEED were key reasons for me to switch from other tools, and I have been a customer since. I think there are a few aspects of improvement when it comes to the video editing aspect. I believe that there are many editing softwares or tools out there which do a better job at editing video. Just adding motion graphics, text overlays, or B-roll images or clips happens just via a few clicks on other tools. Maybe introducing something like that would make it even more useful because then it can also become a one-stop shop for even video editors. That is an aspect that can be improved.
