What do you like best about Vacation Tracker?

We were looking for a lightweight vacation management solution that could seamlessly integrate with the applications we already use, and Vacation Tracker turned out to be the perfect fit.

What do you dislike about Vacation Tracker?

when you select days v hours you can't change it within other pto categories. also, if someone is an approver in one dept then if they are an employee in another dept they can approve people who actually aren't their's to approve. it is hard to explain but that was kind of confusing at first Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Vacation Tracker?

Vacation Tracker was easy to set up with customized leave policies, regional holiday imports and departmental approval structure. The Microsoft Teams integration is very useful for notifications. It's also easy to add and remove users. Customer support is very responsive and understands what is being asked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vacation Tracker?

With 2-level approval, an adminstrator cannot see leave pending requests after the first level of approval, but before the second level of approval resulting in some leave requests expiring. In addition to visibility, there should be a notification to the administrator if leave requests expire. Scheduled reports cannot be customized. Also, there should be an option to pro-rate remaining annual leaves for users after their probation period. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Vacation Tracker?

The setup and interface are very easy to use. The navigation is intuitive and easy to understand. I set it up for 10 persons very quickly. I haven't had a need for customer support. I use it twice a week at least. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vacation Tracker?

I want to have sick leave as a leave option buy having only 10 persons doesn't make sense to pay $50. It should be per number of actual users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
