What do you like best about UserGuiding?

Creating guides/checklists are easy to implement. It does not take a lot of time to make adjustments when you need to make changes. You can go live with a simple guide or checklist within minutes. I was able to go live within a few days of getting started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UserGuiding?

Sometimes there are inconsistencies in terms of where the guide appears or does not appear. But the support team (Shout out to Gabriel, very helpful!) walked me through why I was seeing these things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is UserGuiding solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were missing an automated onboarding experience on our platform. We used to manually onboard customers even for simple integrations. Not only would this take the time of our CSR team but would also take time from our customers day to day lives when it's not necessarily needed. With UserGuiding we have simplified the process and our team can focus on advising customers on how to improve and maximize their use of our platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
