Untapped CRM Reviews & Product Details

Untapped CRM is a mission-aligned case management and workforce development platform designed for nonprofits, government agencies, and community organizations serving individuals facing barriers to employment and stability. Unlike traditional CRMs that primarily store client data, Untapped CRM helps frontline teams actively move clients toward outcomes such as job readiness, employment placement, housing stability, and long-term independence. The platform combines case management, workforce development tools, and service coordination in one system. Staff can manage client journeys, automate referrals to partner organizations, connect individuals with employers seeking untapped talent, and coordinate wraparound services such as housing, healthcare, training, and transportation. Untapped CRM also provides outcome tracking and reporting tools that help organizations demonstrate impact to funders, government agencies, and community stakeholders. Designed specifically for workforce programs, reentry organizations, shelters, and human service providers, Untapped CRM helps teams reduce administrative burden, strengthen partnerships across service ecosystems, and support clients more effectively as they move toward employment and stability.
