What do you like best about Udext?

What I like best about Udext is how easy it is to use and navigate. The broadcast messaging features are effective and reliable, and the admin side is straightforward for setting up new users and managing accounts. What do you like best about Udext?

Udext is extremely user friendly! We use this software for employee communication for Emergency Preparedness, primarily, however our Marketing department has also found a great use for it as another avenue to keep out employees engaged and in the know. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Udext?

What do you dislike about Udext?

We had a bit of a learning curve figuring out how to use the system’s filtering in a company structured like ours. With multiple businesses, locations, and different teams and departments within those groups, narrowing the filters down to the exact audience we wanted to text took some initial trial and error. What do you like best about Udext?

I really appreciate how Udext handles team communication by broadcasting to several departments efficiently. When team members respond, it does not flood everyone with replies but instead routes them back to the main account. This feature simplifies the communication process on our end. I also like the fun aspect of being able to include giffs in broadcasts, making the messaging more engaging.
