"Fast, Clean UI with Seamless Jira/GitHub Integrations and Unbeatable Pricing"
4/5
What do you like best about Tuskr?

In my experience, I think Tuskr has a fast, clean UI with minimal effort needed to learn it. the dashboard is very snappy and i apreciate it, I also like the Jira and GitHub integrations—they’re very seamless and helpful. Tuskr also has unbeatable pricing in this class, especially since SSO and an audit trail are included on every plan. tuskr have quick onboarding with responsive support, and practical AI test case generation make it enterprise-grade QA without the enterprise price. What do you dislike about Tuskr?

he biggest pain points are basic filtering with no saved or multi-condition views, restrictive API and webhook limits that sometimes throttle my project automation Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Tuskr Made Organizing Our QA Process Much Simpler with Helpful AI Features"
4/5
What do you like best about Tuskr?

We use Tuskr to keep our QA work organized instead of tracking everything across multiple documents. I like how requirements, test cases, test runs, and reports are connected in one place, making it easier to follow testing progress. The dashboard gives a quick view of execution status, and the AI Assistant helps speed up repetitive setup work. The interface is clean, so finding what I need doesn't take much effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tuskr?

The AI Assistant is useful for creating initial content, but it isn't always reliable for more complex actions involving existing test assets. I'd also like a few more options to customize dashboards and reports for different QA workflows. Aside from that, the overall experience has been smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Improved Our QA Workflow and Test Tracking"
4/5
What do you like best about Tuskr?

At Cognizant, our QA team used Tuskr for managing test cases and tracking regression testing for enterprise web applications. What I liked most was its clean interface and structured test management. We used features like test case organization, test runs, and reporting regularly. It helped our team track execution status clearly and reduced dependency on manual spreadsheets. Collaboration between QA and developers also became smoother because bug tracking and testing progress were visible in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tuskr?

Tuskr works well for day-to-day test management, but some advanced reporting and dashboard customization options feel limited compared to larger enterprise tools. For bigger projects with multiple teams, filtering and analytics could be more detailed. Also, a few UI workflows can be improved to reduce navigation time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Smooth Onboarding and Fast Navigation for a Structured Manual Testing Workflow"
4/5
What do you like best about Tuskr?

Starting with Tuskr was easy because of the user-friendly interface and clearly arranged features. During the evaluation process, I created a student portal testing project, organized test cases into sections, created test runs, managed requirements, and examined results via reports and dashboards without undergoing any special training procedure. The onboarding experience was smooth because I was able to start using the platform immediately.

Navigating through Test Cases, Test Runs, Requirements, Reports, and Dashboards was also very fast, and there were no delays or stability problems experienced during my usage of the platform. Using AI Assistant, I generated additional test scenarios regarding logins, which gave me some ideas about additional test cases that can be included.

As a student evaluating the product independently, I found it convenient that I had the option to try out the free trial version of the platform before deciding whether to purchase a paid plan. Overall, I found that the platform provided a structured and easy-to-follow manual testing workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tuskr?

The most challenging aspect when using Tuskr is that some of the more advanced features available on the platform required further investigation for me to determine their usefulness. While the basic testing process was easy to grasp, some of the more sophisticated functionalities were harder to understand.

The AI Assistant was helpful in coming up with some additional ideas for testing, however, those still had to be manually reviewed before being incorporated into the test suite. It is not really a problem, but users should know that AI-generated suggestions do not replace human judgement and will not substitute human-generated test ideas.

Being a single student during my evaluation of the product during the trial period, I could not take full advantage of some of the collaboration features and integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Test Case Management with AI, JIRA Integration, and Clear Dashboards"
5/5
What do you like best about Tuskr?

The most helpful thing about Tuskr is how intuitive and straightforward it is to manage all the test cases in one place.

It has a super clean interface, easy to organise and the AI helps generate solid test cases.

One of the the big upsides I'd say is the JIRA integration and the clear reporting dashboards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tuskr?

The reporting still feels basic compared to other tools like TestRail (which has advanced customisation options)

And one of the downside is the mobile application interface.

It's not as good or friendly as Test Rail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Tuskr Feels Limited for Advanced QA: Customization, Integrations, and Analytics Need More Depth"
2.5/5
What do you like best about Tuskr?

What I like most about Tuskr is how clean and intuitive it is for managing test cases. It keeps things organized without feeling heavy or overly complex, so teams can actually move faster and stay aligned without much friction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tuskr?

What I don’t like about Tuskr is that, although it’s simple and easy to use, it can start to feel a bit limited once you run into more advanced testing requirements. On larger projects, the workflow and reporting customization options may not be as flexible as they need to be compared with some enterprise-grade tools. Integration with other tools in a complex QA ecosystem can also feel somewhat restricted, depending on how your setup is configured. In addition, some users may find that the advanced analytics or dashboards aren’t as detailed as they would expect for deeper, more in-depth test tracking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Tuskr’s Simple, Clean Interface Makes Test Case Management Easy"
4/5
What do you like best about Tuskr?

What I like best about Tuskr is its simplicity and ease of use. The platform has a clean interface that makes it easy for both technical and non-technical team members to create, organize, and manage test cases. The learning curve is relatively low, which helped our team get started quickly without extensive training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tuskr?

there are a few areas where the product could improve. Some advanced reporting and analytics capabilities feel limited, especially when stakeholders require highly customized insights. Integrations with certain third-party tools could be more seamless and offer greater flexibility. At times, navigating large test repositories can become slightly cumbersome, particularly as the number of test cases grows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Tuskr made test case management faster and more organized for our team"
5/5
What do you like best about Tuskr?

Tuskr made organizing and managing our test cases much easier. The UI feels clean and straightforward, so the team was able to adapt quickly without wasting time figuring things out. We especially liked how simple it is to track test runs, collaborate with the team, and keep everything structured in one place. The integrations and reporting also helped us save time during project management and QA reviews. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tuskr?

There are a few areas that could still be improved, especially when handling larger projects with many test cases. Some sections can feel slightly overwhelming at first, and a few workflows could be more streamlined with fewer clicks. We also noticed that certain integrations and customization options take a bit of time to fully set up. That said, the platform keeps improving and the overall experience has still been positive for our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Test Management with Seamless Integration"
4/5
What do you like best about Tuskr?

I like Tuskr's efficiency and simplicity in managing all test scenarios, especially complex ones. The simple and clean interface is great for new users. It allows team collaboration to stay aligned with real-time updates. As a SOC analyst, I appreciate its ability to integrate with tools and automate repetitive testing workflows, which improves productivity. The integration with tools like Jira and Zoho automatically creates and assigns bug reports, reducing manual effort. The initial setup of Tuskr was pretty easy and smooth, and we didn't face any problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tuskr?

So the aspects that I would say don't work for me, the downside, you can feel it limited when handling more complex or large scale testing requirements. So the advanced customization, options such as detailed reporting, testing, and analytics, or maybe the workflow. Or the flexibility could be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Tuskr Streamlines Test Management with Clear Reporting and Collaboration"
5/5
What do you like best about Tuskr?

Tuskr has made our testing workflow far more organized and efficient. The platform has a clean, straightforward interface that makes it easy to create, structure, and maintain test cases without adding unnecessary complexity. I especially appreciate that test runs, execution history, and reporting are all available in one place, which makes it simple to track progress throughout the testing cycle.

Collaboration has improved as well, since everyone involved can quickly access the latest testing updates. This reduces confusion and helps keep communication clear and consistent. The reporting dashboards also provide meaningful insights that help us spot risks before release and plan more effectively for upcoming testing cycles.

Overall, Tuskr is a dependable, well-designed test management platform that strikes a strong balance between ease of use and professional functionality. It has strengthened our organization and collaboration, improved overall testing efficiency, and helped our team deliver higher-quality software with greater confidence. I would confidently recommend it to teams looking for a practical, scalable test management solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tuskr?

While the platform is generally easy to use, there are a few areas where it could be improved. More advanced dashboard customization, along with a wider selection of report templates, would make it even more adaptable to different project needs. In addition, some integrations could offer deeper functionality to cut down on manual steps and reduce handoffs between development and testing tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
