The biggest issue is the lack of transparency around the “Unlimited” plan.

I paid for TurboScribe Unlimited because it was presented as “Unlimited Transcriptions.” After payment and bulk upload, I ran into upload/transcription limits or errors and was pushed toward a more expensive plan.

If there are fair-use limits, queue limits, bulk upload limits, or other practical restrictions, they should be clearly disclosed before checkout.

Turboscribe has made it much easier to turn recorded conversations and videos into editable text without spending a lot of time typing everything manually. I love this platform for its capacity to easily transcribe files fast and accurately. The performance of this platform is fast and reliable. The platform possess 3 conversion mode of which I love it as we can change the conversion mode of chetah, Dolphin and Whale. Which is a feature for balancing speed and accuracy. We can also export the output efficiently in this platform. Its ability to export the file to various formats such as SRT, Text, Docx and PDF is really good. Frankly, The platform is really simple and easy to use. The user friendly interface of this platform is commendable. I love this platform for its easy onboarding process as we can easily start using by just logging in with our google ID. I feel that the platform is secure which make me feel safe to upload files and keep my task history on this platform. The pricing of this platform is also moderate. The ability of this platform to transcribe and convert major languages makes this platform really good and reliable to use. I love the ability of this platform providing option to summarize and chat with the transcribe using ChatGPT. I also love the ability of this platform to do live transcribe.
