"Easy-to-Use Email Warm-Up with a Smooth, Gradual Ramp-Up"
4.5/5
What do you like best about TrulyInbox?

It’s easy to use, especially once I figured out the process for setting up my personal emails. They started by easing into sending emails and then gradually increased the volume over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrulyInbox?

It would be great if I could provide and use my own templates. Another issue I’ve run into is that some recipients’ inboxes are actually full, so the emails bounce back. I’m not familiar enough with the process to know for sure, but I hope this doesn’t cause any issues with warming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"TrulyInbox Makes Email Warm-Up Easy, Informative, and Affordable"
4.5/5
What do you like best about TrulyInbox?

While we were researching best websites to use to start our warm up journey, TrulyInbox really came up a lot. I don't regret starting it.

It has been super easy to setup, use, and it offers all the information we could need, and really helps us warm up our mailboxes.

Compared to other apps of the same type, the price of this has been a breath of fresh air. It's very straightforward, and they're even gracious enough to offer a free trial to start. You get to try it out before you even commit. It's amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrulyInbox?

So far, I have not seen anything to dislike about the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"High Deliverability and Smooth Warmup with Just the Right Features"
4.5/5
What do you like best about TrulyInbox?

Good gradual warmup, high deliverability (95%+ after 10 days of warming up). Has all the needed features, no unnecessary stuff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrulyInbox?

I don't see any major downsides besides having to reset my password every time after I login with google as it seems to stop working after I do google login (I need my password to export account from zapmail). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Affordable, Easy Warm-Up with Unlimited Inboxes"
4.5/5
What do you like best about TrulyInbox?

I use TrulyInbox for email warm up and email deliverability, mainly for sending cold emails. It's got a good, easy to use interface. I like that I can customize what data I see, and it can control your sending limits, so you can customize quite a lot of things. It just makes things easier. It also helps me measure improvements. Another thing I like is that there are unlimited inboxes with TrulyInbox, and it's cheaper for multiple inboxes. The initial setup was easy too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Genuinely Useful Free Tier with Straightforward Setup and Autopilot Warmup"
4.5/5
What do you like best about TrulyInbox?

The free tier is genuinely useful—I was able to connect and warm up five email accounts without paying anything. Since most tools charge per inbox, being able to do this for free was a big plus for me. Setup was straightforward, and the dashboard clearly shows how each account is performing. Once it’s configured, the warmup process runs on autopilot, so there’s no need for hand-holding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrulyInbox?

Not many problems so far. It would be nice if it could categorize the emails in the mailbox into some kind of “warmup” folder (or something similar), so I don’t have to spend 5 minutes each day cleaning up the inboxes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I liked most was Trulybox’s integration with Saleshandy, along with the variety of warmup settings available for newly created email accounts and domains. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrulyInbox?

It should offer more industry-specific options so I can choose the right email category to send. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best usfull and easiest service for warming emails.

And it's only one who accept different email like an aliace, this especially important for us, cause that why we don't need to create a lot of email account, just using the same with aliace by one price!)

Also fast support with real people Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Cost-Effective Email Warming with Incredible Flexibility"
5/5
What do you like best about TrulyInbox?

I use TrulyInbox for warming up my mailboxes, and it really helps me land my cold emails in inboxes instead of spam. I like that they price it on 'per emails sent' instead of 'per mailbox', making the service very flexible and cost-effective. The initial setup was very easy, and the email warming feature is something I value a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrulyInbox?

"Simple Setup, Boosts Email Deliverability"
4.5/5
What do you like best about TrulyInbox?

I find TrulyInbox simple to use, which is a big plus for me. It's also of good value, and I appreciated the free trial they offer. I like that it has an automatic build-up feature, and it works well with my SMTP provider. By plugging in my email, it creates a good reputation so my emails get into the inbox when I send them. The initial setup was fairly easy too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrulyInbox?

I think the instructions can always be improved. It would be better with more specific wizard or step-by-step connection to SMTP and IMAP providers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Works Well Overall, but Entry-Level Subscription Needs Clearer Feature Details"
3.5/5
What do you like best about TrulyInbox?

The site is good overall, but the first subscription level doesn’t fully explain all of the service’s features. Aside from that, everything works well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrulyInbox?

The service description is poor, and with the first subscription level I’m unable to choose the target audience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
