"Creating More Structured and Interactive Form Experience"
5/5
What do you like best about Tripetto?

Tripetto helps me create forms and surveys in a more structured and flexible way. I work as a Dietician & Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content for social media, so I sometimes need forms for feedback collection, learning assessments, and awareness related activities. The visual builder is easy to understand, and arranging questions or adjusting form flow does not feel complicated during regular work. The implementation process was straightforward, and I was able to start creating forms without spending much time learning the platform.

I use Tripetto whenever I need to collect structured responses or feedback. Features like different form styles, conditional logic, question branching, and multiple question types are useful because they help me create forms that feel more interactive and easier for people to complete. This is especially helpful when creating health awareness surveys or educational questionnaires where different responses may require different question paths. I also like that I can visually see how questions connect with each other, which makes organizing survey flow easier before publishing.

Another thing I like is that forms do not feel like a traditional questionnaire. Different form experiences help create a smoother experience for respondents, which can be useful when collecting detailed feedback. Performance has been smooth during form creation, editing, and testing, and moving between different sections generally feels responsive. The number of features is good for both simple and more detailed projects while still remaining easy to manage. Overall, Tripetto helps me create more structured forms, collect useful feedback, and manage educational surveys in a more organized way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tripetto?

The form builder gives a lot of flexibility, but for very simple forms I sometimes feel there are more design and flow decisions to make than I actually need. I also find myself reviewing the form flow a few extra times when multiple question paths are involved, just to make sure everything works as expected before publishing. "Streamlined GDPR Compliance but Needs Better Integration"
4/5
What do you like best about Tripetto?

Tripetto’s branching conditional logic is game-changing for our mixed domestic and cross-border logistics work. Forms automatically hide irrelevant AWG trade fields based on shipment type, slashing input time for warehouse and driver teams. Every submission logs immutable timestamps for GDPR audits, and the drag-and-drop builder lets me update compliance fields on demand without waiting for IT. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tripetto?

No native sync with our freight tracking platform means weekly CSV exports to cross-reference incident data. There are no pre-made audit templates tailored to German logistics GDPR/AWG rules. Bulk record exports lag heavily, and I had to manually set all data retention and access permissions with no industry preset configurations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Visual Builder and Engaging Conversational Forms"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Tripetto?

What I like most about Tripetto is its visual form builder. It makes creating forms feel simple and intuitive, and I especially appreciate how the conversational format helps make surveys more engaging and user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tripetto?

What I dislike about Tripetto is that some of the more advanced customization options can take a bit of time to understand when you’re new to the platform. At times, I’ve had to spend extra time digging through the settings to get the form behavior exactly the way I wanted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Transforms Surveys with Engaging Logic"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Tripetto?

I use Tripetto to build conversational customer satisfaction surveys because the conditional logic helps us gather deeply relevant feedback without overwhelming our audience, which significantly improves our response rates. I love its conversational and interactive form experience, which makes questionnaires feel more engaging and provides flexible logic and branching. Tripetto allows me to create interactive forms and surveys that are more engaging than traditional forms, automate questionnaires, improve completion rates, and simplify data collection. The initial setup was quite easy with its intuitive interface, and the drag-and-drop builder and available templates made the onboarding process smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tripetto?

The main areas that could be improved are the learning curve for advanced features, more built-in templates, additional third-party integrations, and more flexibility in customization. Faster performance with complex forms and more detailed analytics would also make the platform even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlines DACH Compliance with Customizable Forms"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Tripetto?

Tripetto’s drag-and-drop flowchart form builder is our biggest advantage when drafting client intake paperwork. I configure tailored conditional rules so sole proprietorships and GmbH clients only fill out tax fields relevant to their HGB filing obligations, cutting incomplete submissions drastically. The option to host all collected financial data on our in-house servers is irreplaceable to meet GDPR data residency mandates for German client finances. Adjustable form styling improves fill rates, while native consent tick boxes automatically log data processing approvals, creating traceable documentation we can directly pull for annual external audits. What do you dislike about Tripetto?

There are no preconfigured form blueprints aligned with standard German tax and HGB accounting workflows, meaning every onboarding questionnaire has to be constructed entirely manually from blank fields. No out-of-box API links connect to our local accounting ERP, leaving us reliant on recurring CSV exports and manual data imports. The native reporting module also doesn’t feature region-specific DACH filtering, so I always have to transfer datasets into Excel to compile sorted audit documentation before month-end closing cycles. "Dynamic GDPR-Friendly Survey Tool, Held Back by Weak Native Integrations"
4/5
What do you like best about Tripetto?

Its branching logic is game-changing for segmented audience research, letting us craft personalized survey journeys without coding. Native GDPR controls and EU-based hosting cut out repetitive privacy configuration work. Exported segmented data is neatly structured, so we can quickly compile audience insights for creative teams and brand clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tripetto?

No direct native links to our agency CRM and analytics platforms, requiring repeated manual exports. There are no ready-made marketing campaign survey templates, so I rebuild forms from scratch. Its basic dashboard struggles with large datasets, and there’s no ad-agency specific GDPR preset or training materials for new team members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Dynamic Forms with Robust GDPR Compliance"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Tripetto?

At TechFlow Solutions GmbH Berlin, we rely on Tripetto to build adaptive forms and secure data workflows for internal operations and client services. Its flexible conditional logic lets forms adjust content based on user replies, cutting filling duration and gathering more accurate information. Built-in GDPR safeguards including consent tracking and full data encryption keep all collected records compliant with German privacy laws, saving us repetitive manual compliance checks. Rich branding customization makes forms match our corporate style and win user credibility. Smooth embedding access and responsive layout also deliver steady viewing experience across desktop and mobile devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tripetto?

Advanced branching logic takes time to learn, posing a learning barrier for new users. The built-in analytics module only offers basic statistics, lacking multi-dimensional data filtering and intuitive visual reports. We have to export raw data externally to carry out thorough data evaluation and summary work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Revolutionized HR Workflows but Needs Better Integrations"
4/5
What do you like best about Tripetto?

What impresses me most is Tripetto’s strong conditional branching logic combined with intuitive no-code visual editing mode, which lets us tailor exclusive HR workflows with great ease. We are able to design adaptive dynamic forms that change content instantly according to fillers’ answers, removing unnecessary questions and greatly optimizing the filling experience for job seekers and internal staff. Its clear data overview dashboard enables us to monitor form completion progress, user drop-off stages and overall response trends in real time. We optimized our new employee onboarding forms based on these insights, successfully lifting the full completion rate by 25% within a single month. The user-friendly drag-and-drop operation also shortens the learning cycle, helping us finish workspace construction and basic form creation efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tripetto?

The most noticeable drawbacks lie in inadequate native third-party integrations and incomplete advanced practical features. It cannot achieve stable automatic connection with our commonly used professional HR management platforms, forcing our team to adopt manual CSV file export and import or rely on extra third-party automation tools to realize data synchronization, which adds redundant daily administrative workload. Once we revise existing forms after collecting valid data, the exported data will be scattered and disordered, bringing trouble to later data sorting and statistics. Moreover, it has no offline form filling function, which creates obstacles for our field operation employees working in weak network environments. The native data analysis modules are also too basic to support multi-dimensional classified deep data mining. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Interactive forms made easy with Tripetto"
5/5
What do you like best about Tripetto?

I like the branching in Tripetto because it helps me build the logic needed for smart forms and gives a clear overview of the different paths a respondent can take. I also appreciate that branches are displayed as separate tracks in the storyboard, along with the action blocks that trigger specific actions within the form. The initial setup was pretty straightforward, so I really can’t complain. The pricing was great, performance was pretty good, and the AI helps a lot when you run into problems. Integrations seem to be good when i decide to add it to other programs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tripetto?

The advanced feature took a while to get used to, and I don't care for the scrolling in the settings panel. It could be a little clearer and more user-friendly. Quick chats would help a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Conversational, Interactive Forms with Easy Drag-and-Drop Logic"
4/5
What do you like best about Tripetto?

The best thing about this platform is that it provides a conversational form of experience, rather than just filling out forms. Tripetto also makes interactions more interactive and dynamic, which highly impacts the user response rates. Also, their drag and drop building fetaures is also very effective, their logic flows are also very easy to set up, even without much technical expertise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tripetto?

Though their platform is strong, they have more limitations in terms of integrations compared to the larger competitors. And also some advanced features and customisation options feels bit restricted in certain plans. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
