"Easy test management with decent integrations, but needs some improvements"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Tricentis qTest?

The best thing I like about this product is how easy it makes it to track all my test cases and test runs in one place. Having everything centralized saves a lot of time and keeps things organized, especially when multiple tests are moving at the same time.

The interface is simple and straightforward, so it’s easy to find what I need quickly and manage tests without unnecessary hassle. It also integrates really well with Jira, which helps our team report issues faster and close the loop on bug fixes more efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tricentis qTest?

Sometimes the interface feels slow, especially when working with a large number of test cases or heavy data sets, and that can interrupt the overall workflow. Integration with some third-party tools is possible, but it can be more complicated than expected and usually needs extra setup time before everything works smoothly. Dashboard customization and reporting options also feel somewhat limited, which makes it harder to pull detailed insights without putting in additional effort. It works fine for basic visibility, but for deeper analysis, I often have to spend extra time building the view I actually need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent UI/UX Test Management with Strong Jira & Selenium Integrations"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Tricentis qTest?

I have used tricents qtest for more than 7-8 months. In this tool, the test management is what I like the most. Because of the excellent UI/UX, it becomes much easier to use and manage my work. The integrations with Jira and Selenium also make it even better. This integration helps me and my team to directly connect test cases to stories and defects.Real-time reporting improves overall visibility and helps performance in many ways. By reducing the effort needed for manual work, it also makes the ROI much better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tricentis qTest?

As of my all experince with tricentis qtest in agile environment few things could be improved. There are a few points where this tool does not make me happy. For complex projects with a higher number of test cases, the performance decreases. Also, the reports are not customizable. In addition, the initial setup is difficult to get started with. The configuration with jira and project setup is requiredlearning curve for new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Test Cases Are Finally Under Control"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Tricentis qTest?

Before using qTest, we were managing all our test cases in Excel, and it was really hard to keep things updated. qTest solved this problem by giving us a single place to create, organize, and track test cases. Now our whole team can see the progress in real time, and nothing gets missed. The integration with Jira also made requirement tracking much easier. The UI and UX are pretty easy to understand without much of a problem, so even a new person can start using it and easily understand how it works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tricentis qTest?

The overall intent is good, but the execution feels a little limited at times. Some results are not always consistent. The basic functionality works fine, but it becomes a little clunky when dealing with advanced metrics. Also, some of the color schemes are a bit unique and could be improved. "Streamline Your Test Lifecycle"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Tricentis qTest?

The most valuable feature is reusing test cases. We can put in a set of test cases for an application and, every time we deploy it, we are able to rerun those tests very easily. It saves us time and improves quality as well. Integration is also easy, making it simple to connect with other tools and workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tricentis qTest?

The user interface has a somewhat outdated design, which is certainly an area that could be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
