I love the flexibility of being able to send rewards to my clients, regardless of where they are and giving them the option to choose from whatever they feel is better for them in terms of rewards for their loyalty. The process to get the reward is simple both for me when I purchased a reward as well as a person receiving the reward, making it a seamless experience without too much hassle. Features I love the most: (1) that I can send out rewards in bulk by uploading a .csv file with names and emails, (2) that there is a clear record of all of my payments that I can further label with additional identification information, (3) that Tremendous values privacy and transparency, and (4) that I can see my remaining balance on the main page. Tremendous saves me so much time when paying my research participants, and I feel confident that I have a clear audit trail in case I ever need to verify my payment history.
