"Easy to use and constant support"

What do you like best about Tracker?

Personalized support is a huge perk. It is a very high functioning tool and can do a lot for both business development and recruiting. There is a cognos based reporting tool that has come in handy tracking our progress and making sure we are all on target.

What do you dislike about Tracker?

There are some restrictions on customizations and most of the time feature suggestions do not progress past that which is unfortunate. There are some delays in tickets but nothing that can't be worked around.

What problems is Tracker solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use tracker for the ATS but also the CRM side. They make it easier to communicate updates and notes between our sales team and our recruiters. It also helps us automate our sales marketing. It has been beneficial in creating better relationships with our candidates and our clients.

"Tracker has really helped us improve our business process and efficiency"

What do you like best about Tracker?

It's both ATS and CRM and having everything in one place has been transformative.

The additional features - marketing, client portals, timesheeting etc - have meant that we can centralise a huge proportion of what we do into the one platform. That's saved us money and it's made us look better to both clients and candidates.

It's easy to use and the support is fantastic. We're big advocates.

What do you dislike about Tracker?

None really, that we've found. It's been a genuinely positive experience.

What problems is Tracker solving and how is that benefiting you?

It pulls everything into one place - ATS, CRM, Marketing, Client Portals, Timesheeting. That has made us massively more efficient and saved time - it's actually proactively improved the way we do things.

"Great user experience and easy to learn"

What do you like best about Tracker?

Tracker is a top-notch product with a great flexible user interface, ease of use, small learning curve, and an amazing support team.

What do you dislike about Tracker?

No much. The robust reporting features are a little trick to learn at first but once you familiarize yourself they become a great tool.

"Comprehensive ATS for the staffing industry."

What do you like best about Tracker?

I like that Tracker RMS was integrated with our email systems, integrated with LinkedIn and offered a texting solution. In addition, the system was easy to use and learn and the support has been great.

What do you dislike about Tracker?

There is nothing that I dislike about the system, but the out of the box reporting could have been a little more robust.

What problems is Tracker solving and how is that benefiting you?

Using Tracker has improved our time to submittal and close ratio.

It has also helped with improved prospect and candidate engagement and touches.
