"REALLY GOOD, REAL HELP in REAL TIME from Kristen, Eric and Andrew... Lifesavers!"

What do you like best about Tracker?

We've been working with Tracker for several years, and no matter how big they grow, they still offer a level of speed and responsiveness that I find so reassuring. The product has evolved significantly since we migrated from Bullhorn. What an outstanding upgrade. The chat help (Kristen, Eric and Andrew specifically) is always friendly, patient and resourceful.

I'm in Tracker ALL day communicating with clients and our Talent, I'm so grateful for a tool that's as easy to use, while constantly offering new features and upgrades.

What do you dislike about Tracker?

I do wish there was 24 hour actual chat help, but the support videos always get me through.

What problems is Tracker solving and how is that benefiting you?

Saves time - the automations and templates work well!

What do you like best about Tracker?

As a Recruiter turned Account Executive striving to streamline processes and enhance efficiency, I recently started using Tracker in my operations, and the results have been impressive. The interface is intuitively designed, making it easy for both seasoned recruiters and newcomers to navigate. The dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of candidate pipelines, client interactions, and key metrics, ensuring that no important detail is overlooked. Customizable views and filters allow for personalized workflows, accommodating diverse recruitment and account management needs.

Additionally, the customer support provided by Tracker's team has been exceptional. From onboarding assistance to ongoing technical support, their responsiveness and expertise have ensured a smooth transition and continuous operational support.

What do you dislike about Tracker?

As a newer user of Tracker, there isn't anything that I dislike about it that I've discovered.

"Tracker is my favorite ATS!"

What do you like best about Tracker?

Tracker has a clear and simple layout which makes it easy to use. I also like that there is an app available.

What do you dislike about Tracker?

My only issue is that there could be less fields to put information. It seems like there are often 3 or 4 areas to put notes in when it could just be in one location.

What problems is Tracker solving and how is that benefiting you?

The automation and bulk messaging features are of the most benefit to me.

"Great customer service"

What do you like best about Tracker?

Tracker Customer Service is great!! They have a chat option and its a real person! NOT A BOT. Also they actually help! Especially great for newer recruiters to be able to trouble shoot technical issues directly with admins.

What do you dislike about Tracker?

There is no option for Arizona timezone so we have to change the timezones even though in AZ we dont change timezones to maintain the correct time. Not a huge deal, just something that probably needs to be updated.

What problems is Tracker solving and how is that benefiting you?

Easy and quick to use. I can easily enter candidate information and drop resumes into the tool.

"This is an excellent ATS for small recruiting firms and the Kristen has been very helpful."

What do you like best about Tracker?

I am new to Tracker, but it has excellent functionality, is relatively easy to use, and has an excellent support staff, especially Kristen.

What do you dislike about Tracker?

Now that all of my data has been imported, there is nothing I don't like about the system. It is exactly what I need.

What problems is Tracker solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is making it easier for me to keep track of all of my recruiting activities and also allows me to assemble marketing campaigns for my services. I can reach out to prospective candidates and employes to introduce my services.

"Best ATS I’ve ever used!"

What do you like best about Tracker?

Tracker is an amazing ATS platform.very intuitive and comes with a lot of powerful automation features. It has been very helpful to streamline our recruitment process. Plus, the tech and product teams are very supportive and responsive to our requests and needs.

What do you dislike about Tracker?

Nothing comes to my mind based on my experience so far

"Great CRM For Recruitment"

What do you like best about Tracker?

Tracker RMS is a great CRM to use within recruitment because it's easy to use, lot#s of features and plenty of customisations with a full equipped academy built in with different steps, learning information and videos to choose from.

What do you dislike about Tracker?

My only downside is sometimes when you upload a CV to a job profile it does not attach and there is an error.

What problems is Tracker solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tracker provides an easy all in one service that allows myself as a recruiter to openly track candidates via the platform. It benefits me in so many ways that I have everything all in one platform, from profiles, CV's, noties and information, clients and I can even send text messages and emails from it.

"Great tool and fully customizable!"

What do you like best about Tracker?

It's very visually appealing and user friendly. TrackerRMS is a great CRM and ATS and can be fully customizable dependingon what you need. The implementation was very easy to accomplish. There was a lot of manual work to be done on our end (to build the data from the get-go) so as to ensure that the tool can satisfy our business needs. Integration took a few weeks but once the structure was in place, we started using it with ease. We use this every day - I actually never log out of it unless I get kicked out! The service has also been very good. I can always rely on someone getting back to me at a reasonable timeframe.

What do you dislike about Tracker?

I guess it being fully customizable also. A person's view will never be the same as another user's view. This also goes with reports. There should really be a standard set of reports (placements, projects, assignments, history, etc.) already available to the users. This can be helpful if and when you're only looking for general reports that's easily available.

What problems is Tracker solving and how is that benefiting you?

When I need to pull a summary report - it provides a great outline. However, it's bothersome to keep making reports and customizing it all the time.

Tracking invoices paid and raised is VERY valuable. Especially it having integrated with our QBO. That's a great feature.

What do you like best about Tracker?

TrackerRMS is totally customizable to each recuiter and/or account executives liking. TrackerRMS works with the latest automation technologies. (such as - having your data encryted, text messaging, document signing, integarating with all the job boards and much more. TrackerRMS has never had an outage and/or downtime. TrackerRMS has a personalized dashboard. Each employee comes in every morning and ready to start my day. Many calendar alerts and plug-ins are available. The search functions are incredible and the ATS works very well with searching candidates and job posting with other job boards sites. TrackerRMS is a one stop shop. It is easy to navigate and search through with the other portals. We have been very productive in our office and making more placements. TrackerRMS has helped bring our entire staff to a common platform with a common process. We are reaching more candidates and getting more client leads. The support team is available all the time, we can even do a quick online chat when you are experiencing an issue. TrackerRMS has weekly training and several webinars to watch.

What do you dislike about Tracker?

I haven't been able to really use their back office module as of yet. (Timesheets and Invoicing) but it is more error to me that I am not using it.

Recommendations to others considering Tracker:

If you are seeking a cloud based ATS that can customize any features to work well with your recuitment and sales team, please do not waste time and make the switch to TrackerRMS. The team is very knowlegable and will work very closely with your firm to ensure a successful migration.

I can write a lot positive things on all the benefits we have experienced is using TrackerRMS. TrackerRMS is very automated and very user friendly cloud based ATS. Our recruiters and account executives are managing their clients and candidates more effectively. TrackerRMS can pretty much customize to your liking. As the administrator, it is so easy to change the workflow and views very easily. TrackerRMS allowed us to also save money on using their back office system for billing. It is a great ATS to use for a new hire that is new to the staffing industry as well. It helps the recruiters with tracking the full life cycle of a placement (from the resume download, →to the resume submittal to client →, to the interview with client → to the client placement $)

What do you like best about Tracker?

Britanny provided us with a great onboarding experience and customer service. She was responsive, provided thoughtful advice to our questions, and was always proactive to our needs. The platform is simple to use and user-friendly. The implementation process has been easy.

I would like more flexibility around customizing some of the standard fields and cards.
