Extremely easy to use for all levels of technological understanding. I use Todoist several times a day and we have integrated this across our whole team. We've experienced far less chance of tasks being lost or forgotten and people stay accountable because of the notifications received upon completion. The app is a bit more fidgety to use when assigning tasks to someone with a set date. Also, it would be great if you could see when a task was assigned and an easier way to see who assigned it (rather than having to look at leaving a comment to determine this).
