I don't have many negatives to call out with TL;DV. If I had to pick something, I'd say the analytics could probably be a little stronger. Having said that, I think it's only fair to put that into context. We haven't rolled it out across our global team yet, and we don't have a large volume of meeting data on the platform, so I don't think I've seen everything it's capable of.

Beyond that, I really haven't come across any major issues or concerns. If I was looking for another point to mention, it would be that their team is based in Europe while I'm in Australia, so the time zone difference can make things a little challenging at times. That said, it's never really been a problem in practice. Their support has been excellent via email and chat, and even their co-founder has been incredibly responsive and helpful in getting us up and running.
