What do you dislike about tl;dv?

I don't have many negatives to call out with TL;DV. If I had to pick something, I'd say the analytics could probably be a little stronger. Having said that, I think it's only fair to put that into context. We haven't rolled it out across our global team yet, and we don't have a large volume of meeting data on the platform, so I don't think I've seen everything it's capable of.

Beyond that, I really haven't come across any major issues or concerns. If I was looking for another point to mention, it would be that their team is based in Europe while I'm in Australia, so the time zone difference can make things a little challenging at times. That said, it's never really been a problem in practice. Their support has been excellent via email and chat, and even their co-founder has been incredibly responsive and helpful in getting us up and running. Overall, I've had a really positive experience with the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Accurate Multilingual Meeting Summaries That Save Me Time in HR Interviews"
5/5
What do you like best about tl;dv?

I love the fact it records our meeting in different languages, does an accurate summary, and sends us the actions that we need to do. I use it especially for my interviews as I'm an HR, and it saves me so much time as I can really focus on what the candidates say instead of taking notes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about tl;dv?

It arrived only one time, but I was not able to record a meeting. But I think it's because I had to pressed 2 times the recording button because I thought the first time it was not working. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The tl;dv website interface is incredibly clean and intuitive, making it a breeze to navigate your video library and edit clips with zero learning curve. A major standout is its integration ecosystem, featuring direct code and API access that allows you to seamlessly automate workflows and pipe transcripts straight into your own systems. The performance is fast and highly dependable, especially when uploading raw video files to instantly get highly accurate, precise transcriptions without lag. It offers exceptional pricing and ROI by replacing expensive enterprise tools with a generous free tier and affordable plans. Onboarding is practically instant, and if you ever run into a hitch, their customer support team is lightning-fast and responsive. Finally, the powerful AI intelligence does all the heavy lifting, fast-tracking YouTube production and online lessons by automatically generating perfect timestamps, summaries, and captions. "Intuitive HR Interview Tool That Saves Time with Smart Summaries and Great Support"
5/5
What do you like best about tl;dv?

I have a great experience using tl;dv. The platform is incredibly intuitive, and as an HR professional, I am able to quickly understand how it works and start using it effectively almost immediately.

One of the biggest benefits for me is that it has significantly reduced the amount of manual interview documentation I need to do. Instead of spending time writing detailed notes and summaries after each interview, tl;dv automatically generates structured summaries based on the predefined content and templates I set up. This saves me a considerable amount of time and allows me to focus on more valuable aspects of my work.

I am more than confident that many HR professionals would find this tool extremely useful, especially those who conduct interviews regularly and manage a high volume of candidates.

I would also like to highlight the excellent customer experience and customer support. The team is always friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. They are very understanding and committed to ensuring a positive user experience, which makes working with the product even more enjoyable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I’d love to see even deeper integrations with low-code/no-code platforms like n8n, which would allow us to push meeting insights directly into our custom ERP environments automatically."

"Turns Meetings Into Searchable, Actionable Information"
4.5/5
What do you like best about tl;dv?

What I like most is that tl;dv turns meetings into structured, searchable information rather than just recordings.

The transcription quality is strong, follow-ups become easier, and reliance on fragmented notes or memory is reduced.

I’ve found it particularly useful for operational discussions, remote collaboration, and revisiting nuanced conversations later without losing context. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about tl;dv?

As with most fast-moving platforms, there are occasional moments when transcription accuracy or speaker identification may require minor correction in more complex discussions.

I'd also welcome continued refinement around meeting organisation and navigation as usage scales across larger volumes of recordings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Accurate transcriptions and summaries that save hours, with clips that are easy to share"
5/5
What do you like best about tl;dv?

The accuracy in automatically transcribing and summarizing meetings saves me many hours of work by not having to take manual notes, and I love being able to create and share specific clips with the rest of my team so quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about tl;dv?

Sometimes, AI still stumbles when several people speak simultaneously, and the dependency it creates causes a slight existential panic when the tool doesn't activate correctly and you discover that, unfortunately, you'll have to pay attention to the meeting yourself 😅 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Meeting Insights: Recordings, Transcripts, and Highlights That Boost Productivity"
5/5
What do you like best about tl;dv?

What I like best about tl;dv is how effortlessly it captures and organizes meeting insights without interrupting the flow of conversation. As someone working in a fast-paced environment at Vocast, it’s incredibly valuable to be able to revisit key moments, decisions, and action points without relying on manual notes.

The automatic recordings, transcripts, and highlights make it easy to stay aligned across teams and ensure nothing gets lost after calls. I especially appreciate how simple it is to share specific snippets with colleagues—this saves time and improves collaboration.

Overall, tl;dv helps me be more present in meetings while still keeping everything documented and accessible afterward. It’s a real productivity booster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about tl;dv?

One downside of tl;dv is that the transcripts can occasionally need a bit of manual cleanup, especially when there are multiple speakers or background noise. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it does mean you sometimes need to double-check important details.

Additionally, while the core features are very strong, I’d love to see even deeper integrations with tools we use daily, like CRM systems, to make workflows even more seamless.

That said, these are relatively minor points, and the overall value tl;dv provides far outweighs them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Sharp AI Summaries and Lightning-Fast Meeting Transcripts with tl;dv"
4.5/5
What do you like best about tl;dv?

What I like best about tl;dv is how it completely automates my workflow: the AI summaries are incredibly sharp at capturing the essence of every meeting, and the high-quality recording with seamless speaker switching makes it easy to track exactly who said what. Plus, the lightning-fast delivery is a game-changer, when you having the recording and transcript ready almost immediately after the call allows me to stay productive and share takeaways with my team without any delay. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about tl;dv?

On the flip side, what I dislike about tl;dv is that the pricing feels a bit steep, making it a rather expensive investment for what it offers. Additionally, while the AI summaries are top-notch, the actual transcripts definitely need work; I’d love to see more accurate word-for-word transcriptions to match the high quality of the rest of the tool.
