The TestDirectly Direct-to-Consumer Portal (DTC) is the latest addition to the LigoLab LIS &amp; RCM Laboratory Operating Platform™, a comprehensive Laboratory Information System (LIS) that includes agile and fully customizable modules for Anatomic Pathology (AP), Clinical Pathology (CP), Molecular Diagnostics (MDx), and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), plus supporting modules and engines (specimen tracking, outreach, interface engine, rule and automation engine, reporting and distribution engines) that cover the complete life cycle of all laboratory operations and financial processes. The platform creates differentiation in the marketplace and it drives productivity and profit. **What do you like best about TestDirectly?**

I've worked closely with the Test Directly Team for a couple years on several projects and can attest that the level of service and support they provide is above and beyond.  Test Directly has helped us develop innovative solutions for some complex projects, allowing us to provide streamlined user experiences without sacrificing quality of patient care.  The Test Directly Team is very responsive to needs and is always patient and flexible as projects change and evolve.

**What do you dislike about TestDirectly?**

We have had an extremely positive experience with the Test Directly platform and feel very fortunate to work with such a knowledgeable and reliable team!  No complaints - Test Directly has been an excellent solution to address many of our client and business needs!

**What problems is TestDirectly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Provider and patient solutions that require complex panel design and varying schedules for clinical testing, in statutory and mobile environments with ever-changing requirements and/or needs.  The Test Directly portals allow users an easy-to-use yet customized experience, without sacrificing back-end functionality and efficiency.

**What do you like best about TestDirectly?**

The user interface is very intuitive. I've trained hundreds of health care workers on how to use Test Directly and appreciate how simple they've made it. The staff is always willing to hear your suggestions on ways to improve and in most cases releases a solution that exceeds your expectations.

**What do you dislike about TestDirectly?**

I have not had any issues with TestDirectly. The development team is quick to make adjustments based on customer feedback.

**What problems is TestDirectly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TestDirectly gives school administrators an easy way to order tests. In a sometimes chaotic environment, ease of use is of the utmost importance.

**What do you like best about TestDirectly?**

Test Directly has a very user-friendly format. It is fairly easy for customers to make an appointment etc, and from the tester's side, it is easy to navigate, very user-friendly and if there are any glitches, they are responded to quickly. This segues into what I like most about them - their customer service! Without good customer service, you don't have anything and they have amazing customer service! They are easy to get ahold of and quick to respond which is very much appreciated.

**What do you dislike about TestDirectly?**

Once in a while there were some glitches, but they were few and far between, and as stated above, if there was something that needed immediate attention, they were easy to get ahold of.

**What problems is TestDirectly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None currently. We utilized them when we offered Covid testing for our students and staff members. The benefits were numerous, most notably, getting staff and students tested quickly with a quick turnaround for results. This helped get our students and teachers back in the building as fast as possible.

**What do you like best about TestDirectly?**

TD provides a space where our department can access all of the results within seconds. Working with the platform architects is truly wonderful. Great professionals who know how to train and educate our teams.

**What do you dislike about TestDirectly?**

Weekends can be a challenge to reach staff.

**What problems is TestDirectly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When we ask for a new business process to be added or considered the TD Team goes to work on designing and implementing those solutions in a very timely manner.

**What do you like best about TestDirectly?**

The flexabiilty and the responsiveness of the support team.

**What do you dislike about TestDirectly?**

Not as customizable with LigoLab as I would like.

**What problems is TestDirectly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Covid-19 LIS, report generator and pt scheduler.  This product has allowed us to scale extremely fast.

The system is very intuitive which makes for an easier scheduling process for our patients. The customer service is incredible.

**What do you dislike about TestDirectly?**

I don't particularly like that you are unable to cancel appointments

There generally is a way to do all that you need to if you reach out to support.

**What do you like best about TestDirectly?**

What I appreciate most of TestDirectly is the accessibility and easy navigation for our staff in community COVID-19 testing. Staff are able to learn the software and use it to assist clients within a few hours of training, even those without much prior technology experience. I have worked testing sites with different programs that were far harder to use, had debilitating bugs, and made the speed of our daily operations much more difficult than what TD provides.

What stands out beyond the software itself is the team behind it. They have consistently gone above and beyond in assisting our needs. They are quick to respond to support tickets and have met with me on short notice to discuss how to serve our testing site best.

**What do you dislike about TestDirectly?**

The only downside I can think of is that there are occasional bugs such as crashes during our registration process. With that said, the staff have been quick to respond to issues I've come across and none have persisted to a level that impacted the site in any serious way.

**Recommendations to others considering TestDirectly:**

This software is incredibly useful for public health usage like COVID-19 testing and I highly recommend it.

**What problems is TestDirectly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TestDirectly helps solve any issues relating to barcode errors, bugs for clients, and anything else relating directly to the TestDirectly software. They have consistently updated their website for our site to accurately reflect our hours, requirements, etc.

The ability to have patient's self-schedule and the electronic transmitting of lab requisitions to our 3rd party lab

**What do you dislike about TestDirectly?**

We are unable to link patient's profiles to a patient's main account on our end for them. We can only enter the email and schedule the primary account holder.

**What problems is TestDirectly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are more efficient, faster and able to perform better as a public health department. The real benefit is improvement and increased performance by staff with time-saving functions.

TestDirectly covers and supports every workflow and process that has come up during the pandemic

**What do you dislike about TestDirectly?**

Because of all the flexibility, setup can be involved

**Recommendations to others considering TestDirectly:**

Spend the time on the implementation to learn and configure the system to the way you want it to work, they provide a lot of video training material so make sure to go through them

**What problems is TestDirectly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's a completely touchless platform that helps patients, collection staff, and the laboratory to safely and efficiently process thousands of orders and reports per day. 

We have been able to attract a lot of business since we are able to provide them with the tools and workflow customers require.

**What do you like best about TestDirectly?**

The feature I like most about TestDirectly is that clients and patients can create an electronic order instead of handwriting all patient information. I find this to be especially helpful for clients. As soon as results are finalized, they are available on the portal quickly.

**What do you dislike about TestDirectly?**

I find it somewhat confusing building a client under a Provider vs. an Organization.

**What problems is TestDirectly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TestDirectly has helped with getting results back to individuals promptly.

System can be a bit complex requiring customer support, however, their tech support team are very reactive and helpful

Creating lab workflow efficiencies which are critically important during high volume, high demand COVID testing
