Their support team is great - quick and reliable. The concept of action based testing is great and definitely a potential game changer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TestArchitect?

They could do with more step by step videos for new users. I did have some difficulties downloading the trial version intially. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Test Architect meets all of our needs, could use improvement in some areas."
3.5/5
What do you like best about TestArchitect?

I really liked the User Interface mapper component as a lot of other mobile application testing platforms either do not have this, or they have it but it is only accessible via browser on an actual (clunky) web page. I also really liked the option to use Java/Python/C# to control Test Architect , and I even ended up using the Python test harness capability to get around certain scenarios where Test Architect fell short ( such as when you need to minimize the application under test and switch to something else, like the native Android gallery app for example ) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TestArchitect?

I did not like the overall slow responsiveness of the software. When navigating the menus and such there always seemed to be a noticeable 1/2-1/4 second lag which, while it was manageable to work around, it was also pretty annoying after extended use of Test Architect.
