We're able to add audio, video, and images. It's easy to navigate, and if we have any questions or issues, the TestInvite team is super quick in responding to our emails and offering a solution. They're also great at taking in suggestions to make improvements to the platform based on their clients' needs. **What do you dislike about TestInvite?** It's time-consuming to make long tests on the platform, which isn't the platform's fault as we have to create a lot of our tests from scratch. There's an option also to paste all the questions for one section together, which is super helpful, but I wish we could do a bit more on that section, like picking out the correct answer, so we wouldn't have to go back and edit each question separately. **Recommendations to others considering TestInvite:** We had a consultation with Ege before moving forward with Test Invite, and that made a significant impact on our decision to move forward with this testing platform. Ege answered all of our questions and took the time to explain to us how the platform works and their goals/additions for the future. **What problems is TestInvite solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have multiple students that take weekly practice tests, and TestInvite has helped us tremendously in not having to conduct testing in our office while providing students with a timed setting to mimic actual testing conditions. We started using the system to create our own skill tests for recruitment and store them on a secure digital platform. The opportunity of using a wide variety of question types, managing questions in a multi-dimensional question bank, and enabling online proctoring solutions provides us to conduct remote and secure recruitment processes. Later, our need for personality inventories emerged and we purchased them from Test Invite. I can say that the system is cost-effective in both processes and we have always received a high level of customer support. In addition, we can give different roles to each employee in software usage. We determined user roles to our employees' suchlike test operator, question editor, etc. Each of our employees has a different responsibility and does not have access to other jobs. In this way, we saved time a lot in the department with role-sharing. **What do you dislike about TestInvite?** Sometimes, there have candidates who are using Internet Explorer in the candidate pool. Unfortunately, Test Invite does not support Internet Explorer. The system supports the use of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera, or Microsoft Edge browsers. However, Test Invite is clarifying this situation into exam invitation emails to each candidate. **What problems is TestInvite solving and how is that benefiting you?** We fulfill our assessment needs following our multistep recruitment strategy with test creation tools and Test Invite's ready-to-use personality inventory. We can conduct both steps with Test Invite. This end-to-end solution creates time-efficient and manageable recruitment processes for us. ### 7. They have solved our need to be able to run our placement tests online securily during the Pandemic crisis. **What do you dislike about TestInvite?** Not much to dislike, I just wish there are more template options when exporting the test results. **What problems is TestInvite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Going from in-person testing of newly admitted students to online during the pandemic without compromising on security and quality. Test invite did not fail to deliver a very secure option. We have adapted Test invite now as it resolved issues we used to have on limited test days and having to wait on students who were outside the country. The Test Invite team was very responsive to that need and they were able to create what we needed. Testinvite is both very advanced and more aware of everything we might need. It made our work much easier while using it. In the past, preparing a test template was meant to waste of time. I realized that the problem is about just using the right software. In just a few hours, we can prepare custom tests from simple to complex right now. **What do you dislike about TestInvite?** All features in the software can be used with credits. You can create your tests by purchasing credits at the beginning or whenever you need them. There have many different credit package options that are affordable. I think it is a technology that deserves its price. Sometimes credits that allow trying the software could not be enough for an end-to-end free trial. The customer support service helped us with this problem and gave extra credits but much more credits at the beginning would be more useful. **What problems is TestInvite solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have to conduct a test from the past cases, or I need to use some questions in my previous tests. Many software can not allow storing questions. I had to re-write them manually when I need to use the same questions. Thanks to the chance to save questions at the question bank, I solved this problem with Test Invite. When you need to make minor changes to a question or re-use the question is easy. With this aspect, it makes it possible to create highly detailed tests for corporate companies and provides easy use for amateurs. I think I liked this customizable feature of the software the most. When I was member for the first time, I received some credit as a gift of the free system. Functionality - took a bit of time to set up but this is the case for any new software for me. When I got the hang of it, it was a breeze. Cost - you can beat it because they charge by the type of exam you want to administer.
