I love that TenantCloud has everything that I need for our small business. For example, I can do tenant screening, list my vacancies on multiple rental websites, collect rent payments, manage maintenance requests, and do reports. The message function is great because the tenants can contact our team and pay their rent all from their own portal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The fact that I can not reach a live person for any questions and I have to wait for support to get back to me via email or through the portal. If there was a live chat option or a number where I could talk to someone would be a great improvement.
Also, I didn't have any idea what I was doing when we first got the software. If there was a representative that could help "train" what could be done with the software would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
